Nice hotel and gentle staff

Very good hotel i love it They were very helpful for our requests too The barbecue restaurant downstairs is superb, ask them to open the back door for u.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. The reception and Restaurant staffs were extremely helpful. Especial 小李was so patient waited for us at late night and re-arrange the room for us. Initially we felt the room was too small and didn’t like the room parked at a corner next to exit door. She was very helpful & patient showing us other room options for us to decide which to pick. We ended up having the most comfy and bigger room. Encountered numerous phone setting issues as it was our first Xian Trip using paperless payment on mobile. 任蒙 & 小李have been extremely patient assisted us with taxi / day tour arrangements. The top roof hotel views was amazing. Wish the roof top lights can stay a little later than 10.30pm because drinking session usually end much later than 10.30pm. However, our stay was absolutely relaxing and pleasant. Thanks to all the helpful and friendly staffs at the reception & restaurant! 一级棒!!!

Confortable, cozy and nice de orated small hotel

. Man Xin Changanli Hotel Xi'an Bell tower was a gorgeous and modern hotel. The room was beautifully designed in warm colors and there was plenty of seating area--including a cute little tatami sitting area. The windows were floor-to-ceiling, with automatic curtains that move with a slight tug. The staff were very friendly. The view outside the window is an interesting picture of the city wall, but it wasn't very pretty--just the brick wall and little bit of the events on the top. The beds were too firm for me, but I'm used to softer beds. My friend said it was fine for her though. Despite how beautiful the room is, I would not stay there again. The temperature in the room would not go below 29c, even with the air conditioner turned on. When asked if they could come fix the A/C, the staff said this room was more "natural" and people don't really use it, so there wasn't anything they could do. We had to open the windows to keep cool. Additionally, the air conditioner was so loud that when I first heard it, I thought someone was rolling a cart down the cobblestones outside the hotel window. It was almost as loud as the construction happening directly outside our window. Speaking of the construction, it didn't start until 7 or 8 pm at night and went through until 3-4am. Couldn’t close the window without turning the room into a hotbox, so it was extremely noisy between the sounds of the machinery and the workers shouting over it. I'm a light sleeper, so it was nearly impossible to sleep. Between the heat, the noise from the air conditioner, and the noise from the construction, I got almost no sleep during my three day stay. So it's a lovely hotel, but it's too noisy and uncomfortable.

Great location, directly located at the city wall. lots of nice bars around in this area. Clean and good equipped rooms.

Incredible position, inside the City Wall, close to the South Gate and walking distance from the Great Mosque. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast very good and complete. Definitely recommended!!!

The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy city, comfortable environment, rich breakfast, good night greetings every night, milk 🥛 and eye masks are delivered to the room, the front desk and room service staff are very polite and greet every day, it feels like being at home! There is also free rental of Hanfu in the lobby on the first floor, there is a balcony on the 4th floor, there is afternoon tea, there are many food and bars on the street outside the hotel, it is more than 10 minutes away from the subway, and it is very convenient to various tourist attractions! The hotel also helped to extend the check-out time when leaving the hotel, which helped me to check out conveniently! It's really considerate! I will stay here again when I come to Xi'an next time!

Very considerate, they took the initiative to arrange a foot bath bucket when I came back, and also prepared sunglasses and parasols. The hotel service is very good, very enthusiastic, the service attitude is particularly good, the sanitation is very clean, the transportation is convenient, and it is very close to the scenic spot. It is very convenient to enter and exit. The overall style of the hotel is new Chinese style, which is very suitable for taking photos and checking in. It is highly recommended

I went out with my friends and stayed for two nights. I felt very good in all aspects. I was satisfied with the cleanliness, location, room size, layout and bedding. I would recommend it to my friends. The service was also very good.

I always choose this hotel. The Chinese service is very nice. The surrounding facilities are also very rich. It is very convenient for eating, traveling and going out. The subway is not far away. There are also many small bars around at night. This may be the reason why I always choose this hotel. I sincerely recommend everyone to stay here.
