Atour Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower North Street Metro Station)

This hotel was a great choice for our trip, its location is super convenient with a metro station right outside. There are also many attractions nearby. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were very warm and welcoming. We're very satisfied.

The lady at the front desk with glasses had excellent service; she promptly resolved any issues I brought up and even gave me a complimentary fruit plate. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly thoughtful – when they returned my laundry, they were concerned my clothes might get damaged in the dryer, so they air-dried them naturally for me. Very considerate! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Thumbs up! 👍
