The location is great; it's very convenient to bike to the Muslim Quarter and Xiaonanmen Market. The hotel front desk staff were very helpful, assisting with sending out an SF Express package, and they promptly called us when they found items we'd left behind after we checked out.

Arrived at the hotel at 1 AM after my flight. Yanyan and another staff member at the front desk provided excellent service and even gave us a welcome gift! On Sunday, breakfast was extended by an hour and was quite varied, with roujiamo (meat burgers), wraps, and saozimian (noodles with minced meat sauce). Staff eager to please, always with a smile. Breakfast is varied with limited western options. Comfortable rooms with good beds. The room windows where absolutely dirty on the outside and need to be cleaned.

Excellent clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Price is great value. What impress me the most is the wonderful service from the staff the moment I reach the hotel. Front desk was able to upgrade my room type due to availability and ensured that all my requirements during the stay was met. Mini bar was available to us at no charge and there was afternoon tea and supper catered to us. The manager Ms Duan was especially outstanding assisting me in planning my tour itenary during my stay and accommodating my 3 years old toddler. Will definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommended.

Highly recommend this hotel for your trip!
