My stay at Tanghua Hualuxe Hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, with smart and convenient facilities. The dining options were extensive and exquisite, and the service staff, especially Sakura Kira, were warm and professional. The location is prime, with convenient transportation nearby. The overall environment is elegant and comfortable, offering great value for money. I highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers seeking quality and excellent service.

Dier was very efficient with the check-in process and thoughtfully arranged a quiet, high-floor room for me, just as I requested. The bedding was excellent, very comfortable for a good night's sleep. I'd definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit this city.

Both the Black Pearl Chinese restaurant and the breakfast buffet are outstanding, offering authentic local flavors. The 'Ningzhi' service is professional and heartwarming, proactively addressing all needs. Whether you're traveling for leisure, business, or with family, this hotel is perfectly suited for you. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an.

Great location, and the hotel's lobby and garden are beautifully designed. The service was pretty good overall, and using my Trip.com points made it an incredible value! The room was a bit dated though. The sink in the bathroom was poorly designed; it was too low, and there was no counter space next to it for toiletries. Also, the toilet wasn't a smart toilet.

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to Datang Everbright City, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and several department stores. They even gave us a free ticket to Furong Ancient City! During our stay, we mentioned to the front desk staff, Angle and Shanzha, that we heard peacock calls in the morning on our first day. They sorted it out immediately for the next day, which was fantastic. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance to visit Xi'an in the future.

The hotel's location is great and the surrounding area is nice. What I want to praise most is the service; they truly made me feel at home. Since it was hot outside in the summer, I specifically called the front desk after returning to my room to ask how to set the AC to its coolest setting. The customer service lady was incredibly patient, which I really appreciated.

The air conditioning effectively blocked out the outside heat, making the room feel incredibly comfortable. The AC was also very quiet, so it never felt stuffy or noisy. It was such a treat to come back after a long day out and immediately slip into such a cool bed – truly a lifesaver for anyone who struggles with the summer heat!

Fantastic experience! I've been to Xi'an many times, and this hotel was excellent. Right from the entrance, you're greeted by a grand yet understated ambiance with rich new Chinese elements, and the garden views are also beautiful. The location is superb; the hotel is right next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area – a truly perfect stay. During check-out, Dier was enthusiastic and thoughtful, making us feel truly taken care of and as if our every request was met. Our entire group felt right at home! Although it was a bit hot outside in the summer, the air conditioning inside the hotel was great, and the room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. For this location, having such an environment is highly commendable. I will definitely return if I get the chance!

A huge thank you to the front desk for getting us the best room in the house; both the elderly and the children were absolutely delighted. The hotel itself is a work of art, with its white walls and dark tiled roofs, pavilions, waterside platforms, and picturesque bridges over flowing streams. Even the green peacocks strolling leisurely in the garden made every step feel like walking through a Tang poetry scroll. It's a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city, a private urban sanctuary. The service was exemplary. From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile and offered meticulous attention to detail. Check-in was swift and smooth, and any requests were promptly addressed, truly making us feel at home with their Chinese hospitality. Moreover, the hotel's location is unbeatable; we could walk to major attractions like the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. The Cai Feng Lou Chinese Restaurant, a Black Pearl one-diamond establishment, was an absolute feast for the senses. Whether you're looking to deeply immerse yourself in Tang culture or simply seeking an exceptional stay and service, HUALUXE Xi'an Tanghua is an unmissable and perfect choice.
