I am a gold member. I redeemed a breakfast and late check-out, but I said no when I arrived at the front desk. After many setbacks, I contacted the customer service of Ctrip and dealt with it.
The room type is very small, you can't tell it is a superior big bed room at all
The safety measures are better, now you can’t deliver takeaways upstairs
Breakfast: It’s hard to say a word, the usual Hanting breakfast differs too much, very little

The room is small, and the double room is not as big as the single room in the Hanting Hotel I used to live in. Then I took a look at the fire map and the room for us was the smallest room on this floor. The room was upgraded on Ctrip. I arrived at the hotel before 12 o'clock. The hotel informed that there was no room and could upgrade the room. After communicating with Ctrip's customer service later, the hotel chose to upgrade the room for us. The attitude and speed of handling things can be. But I still want to know the reason why I didn't upgrade my house at the beginning and gave me the smallest room on the floor. It feels so-so, no bad reviews, nor recommended. Sanitation is okay, but the living is not satisfactory.

在高層上，窗户非常大，很舒服，遠景很美。水很熱，有暖氣片，還可以開空調，很舒適。距離地鐵站近，樓下有家肉夾饃噪子麪店很好吃，味道非常好。前台熱情，服務好。非常推薦。衞生服務好，住了好幾天，每天都有人打掃，換垃圾袋，換洗漱用品。非常滿意，非常推薦。

這家酒店的地理位置特別好 距離西京醫院很近 步行10分鐘左右就到了 一出門就是公交站牌 出門右拐就是地鐵三號線 去大雁塔這些景點非常方便 附近還有小吃街 都是西安特色的美食 前台小哥哥小姐姐服務也特別好 很熱情的介紹西安當地特色 非常推薦

前台服務員特別熱情，房間乾淨，還有個小機器人可以送外賣，有洗衣房，烘乾機，還是比較方便，而且免費提供洗衣液，酒店出行很方便，就在二環邊上，門口就是公交站牌，旁邊有地鐵3號線，去大雁塔逛很近，離市中心也不遠，永興坊也在附近，小吃特別多，吃東西還是很方便的，離交通大學，西京醫院都很近，想去商場逛可以去立豐國際，強烈推薦……
