Staying at the Hanting Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street branch was truly comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect; it's just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, making sightseeing and dining incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet cozy wooden-themed decor. The bedding was just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep until morning. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, even giving us a small gift upon checkout. It's a quiet haven in a bustling area with excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an.

Booked a family room for a stay with elderly relatives. Even though it's in a busy area, the hotel itself is very quiet. The location next to the Bell Tower is fantastic; you can easily walk to the Drum Tower, City Wall, Xiangzi Temple, and Gao's Grand Courtyard. It's also super convenient for shopping. Great value for money. Plus, it's only 4 kilometers from Xi'an Station, which really cut down on travel time.

This hotel is located in Luomashi, right next to the Bell Tower, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's only a five-minute walk from Exit E of Bell Tower Station, and the Bell Tower itself is just a stone's throw away. Getting anywhere in Xi'an is easy, with plenty of bus routes nearby. The Muslim Quarter is only a kilometer away, and Yongning Gate (South Gate) of the city wall is also very close. Local favorites like Aihua Biang Biang Noodles and Wei Jia Liangpi are just a few minutes' walk, and there are even more options for food delivery! Even in such a prime, high-value area, the hotel offers a gym and laundry room. Bottled water is plentiful, and the front desk even provides Bingfeng soda. The Luomashi night market is right downstairs, but the rooms have double-glazed windows, ensuring excellent soundproofing. You won't have to worry about any disturbances. Finally, I have to mention the hotel's service. The front desk staff (both the young men and women) were incredibly enthusiastic. They patiently helped answer all my questions with a smile and were so polite. My stay was made even better because of them!

But some people will need earplugs which also were providing by the hotel ✅because of the noise outside at night. But we enjoyed that vibrant night life around the hotel.

The room was comfortable and the location was convenient, right next to the bustling city center yet surprisingly quiet. Manager Qiu at the front desk was very welcoming and provided excellent service. I'm very satisfied.

Excellent location! It's a short walk to the Bell Tower, and close to shopping malls and the subway station. There are plenty of street food options right outside the hotel. We requested a quiet room, and they accommodated us perfectly. The service was great – contacting the front desk was quick and easy with their one-touch phone system. Breakfast was decent too.

The service is excellent! The front desk is staffed 24/7, so you can contact them anytime you need assistance, which is really great. The hotel rooms are clean, have windows that open to the outside, providing good natural light, and the small details throughout are also well-thought-out.

The hotel service was quite good, but it might be an older property. Compared to newer Ji Hotel branches, there's a slight difference in the overall experience. The room had air conditioning and was very warm. There's a night market downstairs, making it very convenient for food. It's also very close to the Bell Tower, Kaiyuan Mall, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter. Both the subway and taxis are easily accessible. It's a lively area, and the hotel cleans the room daily and provides fruit. During the day, it's Xi'an; at night, it's Chang'an – a truly wonderful city with very pleasant weather.

Our first night at the Huimin Street Ji Hotel in Xi'an, we southerners finally experienced the 'dry magic' of the north – our skin was practically begging for the humidity of home! We immediately requested a room change, just for a breath of fresh air. The staff were like they had 'friendliness sensors'; they instantly understood our 'climate anxiety' and even thoughtfully brought us a triple dose of fruit to revive us. After three nights, we've been completely won over by Ji Hotel's attention to detail. Next time I travel, I'll probably automatically book with them again~ 😂 Oh, and a side note: the robot waiter was also working incredibly hard! 😁😁
