Rongmin International Hotel Xi'an

This hotel is really amazing for many reasons. First the location is right in front of the Muslim neighborhood and so close to the bell tower. Located in a big street it's easy to find. Then the environment from the lobby to the room are really good and confortable. Finally the staff are so nice and helpful, they even offer some snacks after a long day of walking on the streets. For the breakfast they always prepared fork and knife before we asked. I have to thank especially Wen Jing who have been so nice to us and made everything perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and thanks to all the people working there 👌🫶

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Great location. Bell tower and Muslim street are just few minutes walk away.

Room was a bit dark, receptionists weren't friendly. Really good location, near the tourist attractions.

- Good location, room OK, but nothing fancy. Don't do breakfast while the hotel is huge and have a ghost restaurant. - Also please don't put the word "International" to your hotel name if nobody of your staff doesn't speak any other language than Chinese. - The staff doesn't know nothing about the area (asked many time about a laundry service around and they didn't know where to find one and sent me to wrong locations, so wasting my time)

This hotel looks beautiful, yet the staff were incompetent and it took forever to get even the simplest things done. No idea why they call this hotel an international one, as no staff spoke any English or French and Spanish.

A well placed hotel, right next to the Muslim Quarter. The air-conditioning wasn't fantastic so don't recommend if you like your room freezing cold. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful.
