This Sheraton in Xi'an has a good location, but the hotel facilities are really outdated. There's no shower, the bathtub drain gets clogged, and the hygiene is quite poor.

The room was very comfortable, and the ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. They were professional and enthusiastic, always ready to help with any issues. The lobby was grand, even more so than in the pictures. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an. Simply fantastic!

My kid had a blast! The room was quite spacious, and there were even murals on the walls. The front desk staff upgraded my room – they were so friendly and professional. The facilities are a bit dated, but it's really great value for money. The gym also has a good range of equipment.

The guy who checked me in was really enthusiastic. I arrived just as a tour group was checking in, but the front desk staff member proactively helped me first. He also gave me two coffee vouchers. Traveling with my little one, the front desk lady upgraded me to a family room, which was so thoughtful! The room is much more spacious than the standard king room. My child absolutely loved playing with the little tent and toys. I didn't have to worry about them running and jumping around in the room, as all the table corners had protectors. This hotel has an antique charm, but its best feature is the excellent staff service.
