Hotel is aesthetic and clean. The location is convenient enough to main attractions. The service by staff is amazing with quick response time and complimentary morning coffee! Highly recommend

The girls at the Lobby were really nice and supported us in organising our next transfer at the airport. Additionally water and laundry service is for free and the rooms are very clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot! The hotel is in walking distance to the bell and drum tower.

Took my parents to Xi’an. Very comfortable and good size room and beds. Very friendly staff especially 欢欢 and 瑶瑶。

Good place if you are backpacker or budget traveler. Breakfast is western and not best quality. Rooms are OK - small and clean. Our bad was hard one but we slept good. Stuff is friendly - but book tours through other options (like Trip.com or similar). Location is great with Metro line 200 meters away, and many many restaurants about 500 meters away.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.

Comfortable hotel for my 3 nights. Amenities was sufficient and communication through WeChat was fanstastic!! Don’t need to call hotel reception likes others, fast reply from them too! Great stay! We even received a Souvenir photoframe from hotel!

The hotel is exactly how it looks in the picture. The staffs don’t speak much English but they are very nice and helpful. They have all the amenities and flip flops inside the room. They give great free coffee in the morning and 100 cny voucher for Hanfu rental. We had great experiences with Hanfu rental place.
