Lots of free water and snacks in the room, a free tea and snack from for guests, free laundry service, nice breakfast, great concierge services, (including robots). Simply a lovely place to stay and it's in the name... it's elegant. A 100% I'd stay there again scenario.

We wanted to play with our children, so we chose the Yazhi Hotel. The environment of the hotel is very good. When we checked in, the butler Wang Yuan provided red dates, ginger tea and hot towels. The service was very good and considerate. There was a little episode in the room arranged at that time, and the lady also changed our room in time and upgraded it to a room with a view of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. It was really good. The scenery in the room was beautiful, clean and tidy, with complete and comfortable facilities. There was a Dyson hair dryer, skin care products, and a free mini bar. The lady also gave the children building blocks and toys, and prepared snack gift packs for the children in the evening. It was really well arranged and so considerate and touching.
