Good room size and items in room. Breakfast was OK. Several light switches and the bidet toilet did not function correctly.

Lots of free water and snacks in the room, a free tea and snack from for guests, free laundry service, nice breakfast, great concierge services, (including robots). Simply a lovely place to stay and it's in the name... it's elegant. A 100% I'd stay there again scenario.

The hotel service is very good. There were many people at the front desk when we checked in. Customer service Li Yuanyuan arranged for us to rest in the sofa area. She helped us queue up to check in. After checking in, she gave us the room card directly, sent us to the room, introduced the room facilities and afternoon tea to us. We stayed for three days and we contacted her for anything we needed. She also gave us an extra breakfast to experience. She was a very responsible and attentive lady.
