因為考試的原因，在本店預訂了酒店，後來考試地點離酒店也比較遠，於是取消了預訂，我輸入了一次自己的個人訊息不知道是否定上了然後後來才看到有兩筆酒店訂單，另一個沒有取消掉，在我人沒去酒店，沒有刷身份證，沒有拿到房卡的情況下，還是扣了我住酒店的費用。氣死了，我人都沒有去卻扣了一百多塊錢！！特殊情況不能特殊處理嗎能不能對一個學生友好一點嗎😭好幾天的飯錢😭😭😭

#負評#對防治蚊蟲措施，梳洗用品，鄰近餐廳，房間佈局，房間大小，交通方便程度失望；首先是地方，比较偏，很破落，吃的地方很少，饭也很贵，随便就是二三十
房间里门锁不上，这个很重要，没有热水，床单毛巾也脏兮兮的，没有暖气，只有空调，开了加热还很冷。
最后扣款莫名其妙加了几十块钱的杂费，

非常差 被圖片欺騙了 聯繫了2個小時前台沒有來接 導航過去找不到酒店都是一片廢墟根本找不到 找了幾個小時 過去之後又被帶到另外其他地方去住 和圖片根本不一致
