The check-in at the hotel lobby is also very fast, the service attitude is good, the room is clean and the whole, a family of three travel to choose a parent-child room ,good. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, supermarkets, and convenient transportation! Good choice for outing!

前台服務很好，很熱情，很耐心，辦理入住也很迅速，不用等太久！！！ 房間面積很大，床軟硬適中，房間還配備了，免費的2瓶礦泉水，茶葉包，咖啡☕️和包糖，入住時，忘記打印准考證，逛回來太晚了，外面打印店都關門了。詢問了前台，前台小姐姐幫免費打印了，放在前台，讓退房時候拿，還有就是房間帶浴缸的，前台小姐姐，還讓客房的大姐，幫我們套了一次性的浴缸袋，服務真的很好，感謝！！！還介紹了旁邊的吃飯的地方，周邊的地鐵線路，一次不錯的入住經歷，很感謝 下次還來住！！！停車免費哦！！！！

離高鐵站很近，房間大，落地窗寬敞明亮 還有免費接送站服務，比較適合路痴的朋友 每次開會領導都安排住這個酒店，很熟悉親切，衞生乾淨 服務也不錯，強烈推薦👍👍👍

設施：這裏設施很新，使用方便！ 衞生：整體乾淨整潔。 環境：房間很大，很舒適。客房都是在高層，窗外景色很不錯呢！ 位置: 離高鐵站很近，有接站服務。

沒地暖 中央空調基本沒什麼用

房間挺大。看得出來有一定年代感。但總體房間還湊合。但是服務與格局太小了！！ 一、早上還未退房時，客房服務員私自開房門進門。（房門裡麪反扣沒進來）知道房間有人後道歉説是以為退房了。那要是沒反扣房門 ，又有人在裏面洗澡來回走動呢？？這被看到該怎麼説？ 二、後面向前台投訴，第一次是個姑娘接的説核實一下。第二次前台回電問有沒有讓服務員給我們送東西？好像我們自導自演？怎麼能反問得出來的？兩句輕飄飄不好意思就完了？跟客房之間的聯動管理呢？為什麼客房會以為退房了？怎麼會出現這麼差勁的問題？出現問題解決就好了。並沒有第一時間呈上抱歉之意。對出現特別情況的處理結果非常不滿意！ 三、管理有問題！服務有問題！態度有問題！以上

前台免費升級了圓床房，但是！床非 常之臟！床頭上有不知名黃色液體Q！枕頭一股子腦油味兒！床頭縫裡還有避孕套包裝！非常糟 糕的體驗
