I have been here for at least six or seven times. This time I was really speechless. I checked in more than 9pm and was about to take a bath. I found that the toilet was not cleaned. There was a glass of unidentified hairy liquid. I contacted the front desk to clean up and said that the cleaning staff was off work and the clothes were all taken off. Then I got out of bed and cleaned up and changed the room.....Then after changing, it was much smaller than this one. In the last room in the corridor, I was preparing to take a bath and found that there was no shower gel. Because the room was too small, the security guards could send shower gel up immediately. Seeing inside the house... I was embarrassed to death. In short, I was too speechless this time. I don’t know if I’m too unlucky.

幫家裡親人訂的房間，地理位置很好，離科技地鐵站很近，門口小吃店也很多，酒店比較乾淨，因為是新裝修不久的酒店，酒店衞生和各方面設施都挺好的，工作人員服務態度也很好，下次來西安仍然繼續住這裏。

酒店位置不錯，周邊就是咖啡街區，有很多特色美食。而且交通方便，出門不遠就有兩條地鐵，去各個景區很便利，住在這裏適合家庭親子出遊。最後贊一下酒店的居住環境，性價比超高。

房間乾淨衞生，面積較大，住的舒服；床上用品和毛巾等很新，洗澡熱水大；性價比比周圍某品牌快捷酒店高。酒店位置好，門口吃喝玩樂樣樣齊全，值得推薦。前台微笑服務，讓人由Come back home感覺，和“如家homeinn”品牌的意思“家的小酒店”完全吻合。
