酒店離地鐵站較近出行方便，前台服務人員都比較熱情，給人一種親人的感受，餐廳的早餐比較豐富，營養搭配均衡，房間的配套設施很齊全，內部裝修也比較温馨，如果下次還有機會還下榻本酒店入住！也希望更多的朋友來此體驗！

剛進大廳的時候 那個香氛味道特別好聞 前台工作人員也很熱情 不僅可以免費停車 還提供免費洗衣房 （洗衣液）可以免費寄存行李 房間也很乾凈舒適

房間、衞浴都寬敞，房間打掃時間不固定，可能下午晚上遊玩回來都沒打掃，有需要可以出門時和前台説一下，服務態度還是很好的。距離地鐵口近，出行方便，近大商場，酒店早餐也很好吃，假期能訂到這麼好的酒店挺驚喜。

1、因為到酒店時間比較晚已是凌晨，不知道是不是以為我不會去了，懷疑根本沒給我留預訂的房型，到酒店後還叫工程人員去看房間，不知道是不是房間有什麼問題，等了好一會兒才安排房間。發現和預訂的不一樣就去找前台換，前台説全住滿了，衹剩這一間。
2、預訂的房間和實際安排的房間根本不是一個房型。預訂的35平米，實際不到25平米；預訂的有沙發，實際沒有。
3、酒店設施陳舊，房間衞生很差，床頭全是灰，地毯特別臟。
4、網上照片和實際房間相差很大，千萬不要相信網上照片。
5、體驗感特別差，真心不推薦。

非常不錯的一次住宿，國慶期間這個地段這個價位確實可以説是物有所值。酒店位於五路口地鐵站附近，這邊地鐵是 1 號和 4 號線。 到酒店也就 六七分鐘，酒店離萬達 100 多米，離永興坊 城牆東門 500 多米。走走路就到了。去鐘樓地鐵兩站路，去大雁塔地鐵 5 站路。定團去兵馬俑旅行社車幾乎是在門口接送了。地鐵可以直達西安站和西安北站。酒店門口肉夾饃，麪皮米線都有。吃飯跟方便。對了出酒店左轉幾步路還有家川菜館，味道挺不錯，分量也足。服務態度好，房間內的必需品一應俱全，需要東西一個電話馬上送到酒店。房間寬敞，房型分有窗無窗，因為當時考慮白天都在外面玩，晚上回來的晚，衹是睡覺休息，所以定了無窗，到房間後發現房間裏有新風系統，沒有一點味道。很滿意。以後不管出差旅行一定還選他家。
