My stay here was excellent. The staff, especially UU, were warm, attentive, and very responsive. The room was clean, tidy, and well-lit. The hotel overall had a pleasant atmosphere, quiet surroundings, and comfortable amenities. It offered great value for money.

I stayed at the Galaxy Cloud Valley Hotel from June 15th to 19th, and here's the unbelievable experience I had. Around 2 AM on the 18th, the power went out in my room, 8521. Everything that required electricity stopped working, except for the lights. The hotel temporarily moved me to the adjacent room, 8522, but during the room change, I was constantly rushed by the staff. Room 8522's amenities and room conditions were noticeably better than 8521. And when I checked in, room 8522 wasn't occupied by any guests. On the evening of the 18th, when I returned to the hotel to wash up and get ready for bed, I discovered yellow human fecal residue and stains on the bed sheets. It had already seeped through to underneath the sheets, and there was a foul odor. After contacting the hotel, they initially only offered to change the sheets. It was only after I explicitly stated that the duvet also needed to be replaced that the staff brought me a duvet that was one size smaller, and the staff specifically mentioned it was 'a bit smaller.' After the change, I filed a complaint on Ctrip, and only then did the hotel's duty manager contact me. During our conversation, their attitude was dismissive, trying to shirk responsibility, and even attempting to blame me. Their exact words were: 'It's possible that the stains on the bed were caused by your own personal reasons.' I have a recording of the call, and the hotel has a copy as well. I demanded a formal apology, a room change, and a refund for that night's room charge. The hotel only agreed to apologize, reluctantly moved me to the adjacent room 8523, and refused to refund that night's room charge. As compensation after the complaint, they offered me breakfast, a small gift, and late check-out. I wasn't interested in accepting any of it. My review for this hotel is: You truly laugh when you're speechless. This hotel also has a few other red flags: First, there are clear discrepancies in their room amenities and design. I stayed in three different rooms over four nights, and the balcony sizes varied, the number of kettles in the rooms wasn't consistent, and the style and quantity of the tea sets and cups also differed. The tea set in 8521 was of poorer quality and fewer in number than 8522; the tea set in 8522 was fewer in quantity than 8523. Second, the toiletries weren't consistent either. Their soap styles varied; 8521 and 8523 had Bvlgari, but 8522 had Jurlique. Third, the bath salts provided for the bathtub were also problematic. The bath salts in 8521 and 8522 were both brown, and I initially couldn't even recognize them as bath salts. It wasn't until I got to 8523 and the bath salts were a normal pink color that I realized the bath salts in 8521 and 8522 were the wrong color. Fourth, their Dyson fan. It seems they only bring it to you after you've confirmed your check-in, as rooms 8522 and 8523 didn't have one. Fifth, the room photos on their website are very different from reality, and I have video evidence. The ceiling height in the pictures looks very high, but in reality, it's quite low. In short, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. If you absolutely must stay, I suggest asking them to show you different rooms first. The person who communicated with me about this incident was a female manager on duty that night. Be careful when discussing issues with the hotel; they don't seem to approach conversations with a genuine intention to resolve problems. Finally, I just want to say, I've used Ctrip for almost 10 years, and this is the first time I've ever filed a complaint and left a negative review. It feels like I've used up all the negative review words I'll ever write in my life.

Xi'an Aerospace New City Hotel is, without a doubt, the best of the best. Top-notch design, luxurious decor, first-class service, and an incredibly private experience. It felt like I was the only guest there. The room's privacy was simply amazing, with three doors leading into the bedroom. The soft amenities were incredibly comprehensive. For breakfast, there were dozens of canned drinks, and you could also order off a menu. The reception staff on the first floor were incredibly attentive, escorting me throughout and always warmly and elegantly checking in whenever I passed through the lobby. I've never encountered such genuinely caring service in Xi'an. I honestly worried the owner might be losing money; it felt like a philanthropic endeavor to give back to society. Absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely be back!

Traveling to Xi'an with friends, we chose the Xinghe Yung Hotel, and it was absolutely the right decision. All the staff were incredibly kind and soft-spoken, especially Ada. When we checked in, she helped us with our luggage to our room and was quick to respond to any requests. The room's decor created a wonderful atmosphere, with plenty of natural light. The facilities were well-maintained, and every corner, including the floors, was spotless. The moment I lay on the bed, all my travel fatigue vanished. It was so peaceful, allowing me to sleep soundly until I naturally woke up. The attention to detail truly impressed me, from the complimentary parking to the special Children's Day event the hotel hosted – it was truly a warm gesture. Both the service and the environment were excellent, making it a truly rejuvenating stay. I've already saved this hotel and will definitely return on my next trip.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and spacious, with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff, especially Ming Aida, was incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure everything was taken care of with a warm touch. I only planned for a quick stopover, but it was so comfortable I almost didn't want to leave. Great value for money, and the attention to detail truly stands out. It even had a balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the afternoon breeze and having some tea in this weather. Parking is free and conveniently located underground. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, and Ada provided warm and enthusiastic service, promptly resolving any issues during my stay. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to friends and choose it again next time.

The front desk service was thoughtful and efficient, and the toiletries were well-stocked. It was also conveniently located, and the price was reasonable. YOYO, one of the staff members, explained the packages in detail (no hard selling at all) and had a gentle, patient attitude. The cleaning staff were meticulous and dedicated, always keeping the environment neat and orderly. From hygiene details and facility upkeep to the service experience, everything exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making us feel completely at ease. You can feel the careful attention to detail everywhere – high standards of cleanliness, complete and undamaged facilities, and warm, thoughtful service. The overall experience was fantastic and definitely worth choosing again. Highly recommended!

This integrated bathhouse hotel is located near Aerospace City in Chang'an District. I really loved the room's decor, the bedding was soft, and it was very clean. If you're concerned about the private hot spring, they can even disinfect it in front of you. I particularly want to praise the service! Upon check-in, Yumi (the staff member) helped me with my luggage, brought me hot tea, and was even willing to help fill the private hot spring tub. They also provided a complimentary welcome fruit basket with delicious blueberries. While it's not in the city center, the location is very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway if you're driving, and they offer two floors of free parking.

It was an amazing stay! I booked this hotel for my anniversary and they made the bed in a love letter style and I absolutely adore it! Not to mention the attention to detail, our room was 520 which was love in chinese. I loved our stay and the hotel cleaner was so nice hahaha

Staying at the Galaxy Cloud Valley Hotel's standard room was an amazing experience! The room was more spacious than I expected, and both beds were just the right firmness with fluffy, skin-friendly duvets – once you lie down, you won't want to get up. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in fantastic natural light; the whole room was bright and offered an open view during the day. The thoughtful amenities were a huge plus: conveniently located USB ports by the bed, a powerful Dyson hairdryer, instant hot water, and stable water pressure. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the soundproofing was excellent; you barely hear any noise from the hallway once the door is closed, allowing for a full night's sleep.

The hotel lobby is truly luxurious and festive, full of New Year's cheer. Yesterday, I even saw someone writing calligraphy and Spring Festival couplets, which was a lovely touch. The room is very spacious, and the bedding is exquisitely soft; the moment you lie down, your neck and shoulders feel perfectly supported. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom is very well done, and the facilities are comprehensive. The hotel staff provide excellent service, and Ada was particularly professional. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely return if I have the chance.
