UrCove by Hyatt Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street Hotel

The hotel was great good location. They offered me an upgrade with a room with a view. Breakfast had a lot of selection. Staff was super friendly and having WeChat added help communicate. 梦梦桑 was great, she was very welcoming and responsive.

Great location. Fabulous room. Super comfy bed. Super toilet and shower. Tech lights, blinds etc. Small tea room in our room! Reception staff the best you can hope for. Shout out to Liang Jingtong. One of the most helpful, charming, enthusiastic and patient hosts ever! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 The only drawback is the rather bland and boring breakfast. But overall, you can’t go wrong with this one.

If i could give 10 stars to this hotel i would. Everything is excellent. From the front desk to the cafe to the rooms and services provided. We were given welcome fruits on arrival and on our third night. The mini fridge has free drinks and snacks everyday There is a coffee machine in the room for our night coffee.Especially love the auto bidet and warm seats of the wc as it is really cold. The curtains and lights are automated. I like the separate sink area shower area and toilet. The bed is comfortable. Even though our room face the street it is quiet enough to have a good sleep. Customer service is excellent at reception the cafe and at breakfast. Breakfast is varied and delicious everyday. Location wise it is between 2 stations zhonglou and beadajie which is only a 5 min walk . There are lots of street food and restaurants within walking distance. Easily connected to the metro to the airport Taking this oppurtunity to thank the excellent service esp the guy at the cafe whom i didnt get his name and yin rui and han xian qin.

It's such a surprise to stay in such a good hotel at this price! The location, service and hygiene are all top-notched. It is super convenient to walk to Bell and Drum Tower and Huimin Street. The room is disinfected and facilities are clean and odorless, and the sound insulation effect is very good. Hotel provides free pick-up service and breakfast tasting. My favourite thing about the hotel is - the room is equipped with the smart toilet. And The receptionist - Vi Vi made the whole experience seamless. Excellent hospitality from check-in to check-out.

Had a great 4 nights stay here with my mother. The receptionists all were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Most of the time I got 小刘, 梦梦桑 (her wechat name) and 陈文 (tour service in charge) help. You get a complimentary americano every afternoon, and free hot porridge at night. Rooms were clean, the complimentary mineral water are free, snacks inside the fridge are free too. Every time I drop by lobby I will request for more. They do not charge extra. laundromat was clean, detergent provided and the machines are quite new and well maintained. Gym was small with only one jogging machine and another one machine I forgot what. Downside: aircond could be noisy sometimes and no views outside windows Breakfast: Variety available, tasty and nice. 住得很开心，感谢工作人员的服务。

UrCove by Hyatt is at Perfect location, walking distance from all the main attractions in Xian: Bell and Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter and all its food stalls, the city walls and a couple minutes to the others. The hotel is exactly you desire after a long day of exploring: the rooms are well appointed, immaculately clean and have all the amenities and the shower is amazing. Breakfast is basic but has a selection of both Asian and Western food and is well prepared. The ladies at Reception were very professional, courteous, welcoming and always a bright smile and a “Hello” when you walk by. The only “bemol’ would be the cleanliness of bathroom at the Reception level, which could use a clean more frequently. Otherwise we had a great stay and would gladly recommend it to other people.
