Check in is smooth and fast. The receptionists are all cheerful and helpful. The cleaner, Xu at my floor, is also helpful and nice. The room is spacious, clean, new and comfortable. Everything in the room and bathroom is well functioning. This hotel is right in front of a busy street. The noise from the street can be cut off by 95% upon closing the window, only the occasional honking from vehicles can be heard.. The laundry room is at the 3rd floor. The washing machine and dryer is easy to use. Two steam irons are available for using. The bottle mineral water is unlimited for the residents of the hotel. It's about 25min's walk away from Dayan Pagoda. The nearest entrance of subway line 4 is about 15min away from the hotel. Eatery are just nearby. My husband and I even found a shop selling fruits and vege after asking direction from the front desk. We also appreciate the hotel staff for lending us a big umbrella to keep us dry. My husband and I love this hotel very much. We had a relaxing, comfy 3 nights stay here. Will recommend it to friends who visit Xi'an to stay here. A big thank you to the hotel staffs.

This was an excellent choice. Close to Dayanta pagoda/ Tang Mall/metro to South Gate City Walls and out to Terra-cotta Warriors. Breakfast good choice. Many restaurants nearby offering very reasonably priced food. Xi’an is a great place to visit and this is the perfect hotel.

In fact, many details can be done better. For example, tea and coffee should not be scattered on the tray, but should be put in a small box; for example, there are three elevators (in the middle and at both ends of the corridor) but it gives people the feeling. There seemed to be only one elevator. Because the elevator in the middle always takes a long time to wait, but there is no sign indicating that there are other elevators available at both ends. For example, there is no closeable door (just a frame) between the living room and bedroom in the suite. There were guests smoking in the living room. The smell will enter the bedroom. ． Also, the parts of the electric curtains that are against the wall at both ends cannot be closed tightly. There are several sofas in the room, but they look good but are not practical and are very uncomfortable to sit on. Self-service coffee machines are often unavailable. ． When I entered the room on the first day of my stay and was about to wash my face, a lot of small flying insects flew out of the drain of the basin. ． In addition, the price is more than 800 per night. The location of this hotel is great. There are many attractions nearby, all within a short walk. You don't have to worry about traffic jams during the Spring Festival. The hotel should be between Dayanta Station and Beichitou Station. It should take more than 10 minutes to walk from both subway stations.
