Room: The environment is very beautiful, the room is large, clean and tidy inside, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the hotel front desk and the cleaning lady are very enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful! 3. Convenient transportation: not far from Xi'an North Station. 4. It is a newly opened hotel, and all the equipment is easy to use. 5. The main thing is that the service is very considerate at the same price. If you come to the nearby area for business again, you will definitely stay here again.

My stay here was absolutely divine! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they even called me before I arrived to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, they were patient and attentive. The process for reimbursing taxi fares was smooth and hassle-free, and I even received a thoughtful farewell gift upon checkout. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The room itself was impeccably clean, no strange odors or dust anywhere. All the amenities were top-notch, and the washer/dryer came in super handy for my business trip laundry. The air conditioning maintained a perfect temperature, never too hot or too cold, and the soundproofing was amazing – I slept like a baby. They also provided plenty of bottled water. For this price point, the facilities are outstanding. The value for money is off the charts. I'll definitely choose this place again!

It's a very nice place, but it's an apartment with no signs (it was difficult to find it). Go to the A entrance of the building (on your left hand), write your name in the security book and go up to the 4th floor to the reception. Anyway, it has a convenient place to travel from the North station and airport. Also the subway is very close to this place. Be ready that several rooms have a window between the bedroom and the bathroom (with no cartoons). Anyway the staff was very helpful, we used WeChat to communicate, they even managed to find the EU-adapter in the night. Thank you very much!

The house is very big and well-equipped with cabinets, tables, chairs, etc. There are huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the entire North Station. The scenery is great. Disposable supplies are all available, the bed is very soft and comfortable, and the room is a smart home. It is very warm and happy to live in. The most important thing is that it is very convenient to buy things downstairs. There are restaurants and milk tea shops. There is also a subway station downstairs, which makes travel convenient.

It is a perfect location if you need to travel from Xian North station, there is a metro station 1 min away! Also easy to go anywhere including the Terracotta warriors by taxi, bus or metro.  The apartment is very good, with everything that you need, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is Modern and new! The only drawback is that the place stinks cigarettes, and that was my mistake choosing it, as they  allow smokers, for that reason I would not stay in their again, I found it really difficult to sleep with the strong smell of cigarette, even with the windows and curtains opened.  There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around too.  It is a commercial building, where the hotel reception is on the third floor, they are only open from 10:00 am to 22:00.  We arrived at around 19:00 and the reception was closed, but there was a Chinese mobile number to contact someone who promptly came to open it! And if you do not have a Chinese mobile you can contact them by messaging via the app where you booked the room on.  The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the lady spoke English which was a plus!  The WiFi was really good!  The building has a 24 hrs reception with a security person.
