This was worst Marriott branded hotel I have ever stayed in. Location near to train station was only good thing. The rooms were spacious, but dirty and extremely noisy. The AC wasn't working, the door looks didn't work properly. There were still hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. The rooms need a complete makeover to reach the Marriott standards. We didn't take the breakfast, there are some option nearby.

It was the first time I booked an All Seasons hotel on Ctrip. I was hesitant before placing the order. I read many reviews before choosing this All Seasons hotel near Xi'an North. The location is in the Zhonggang Group, which is an annex between Buildings A and B of Zhonggang. There is a certain flower and a certain maple beside the building. The transportation is convenient. Get off at Xi'an North Station and follow the signs. It costs 8.5 yuan from the taxi pick-up point. It is hygienic, quiet and comfortable all year round. The breakfast is good and the dishes are richer than expected, especially the freshly cooked area, which can cook wontons, noodles, etc., which is very pleasant. The guy at the front desk is enthusiastic and knows how to do business. Very good value for money, recommended!

This is my first time staying at Atour's hotel, and it feels very unforgettable. First of all, we were given two cups of hot tea when we checked in. Then the process was very efficient and warm. We were also particularly attentive to tell us that the restaurant had free porridge and snacks for dinner. When we left, we were given two bottles of warm water, hot tea and a car. For all inquiries during the check-in process, the front desk was very polite and responsible. I want to give full marks to all the front desk staff! The hotels I stayed in in the past were all high-end and beautiful, but they didn't have the human warmth like this one. The room was large, beautiful, clean, well equipped with everything, and it was a very comfortable stay. Our flight was delayed for more than five hours on the day we left. We originally wanted to call the front desk to inform us that the shuttle bus would be delayed by two hours before taking us to the West Railway Station, but the front desk took the initiative to extend the check-out time for us to 4 p.m. , we can stay in the room to rest and wait. Very attentive and considerate. The breakfast selection is rich and tastes good. The restaurant and the entire hotel environment are very good. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to Xi'an North Railway Station, where we have Line 14 that goes directly to the airport, which is really convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, don't miss it
