There are also 2 shopping malls, Wuyue and Vientiane City, and there are many shopping malls downstairs of the hotel. Less places to eat. Except that it is not in the city center, the overall price/performance ratio is quite high. Service: Miss Jenny at the front desk contacted the hotel in advance before checking in to inquire about the check-in requirements. During the stay, she was also very concerned about the check-in experience, introduced the hotel facilities and equipment, and also asked questions after leaving the hotel. The services were all online. Very enthusiastic. As expected of Hilton. Will come again.

Location: The hotel is located outside the Third Ring Road, not in the downtown area. It is very close to Metro Line 4 and a 5-minute walk away. It is very convenient for us to mainly use the subway for this trip. Line 4 runs through the Tang Dynasty Furong Garden, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Evernight City, museums, Xi'an Railway Station and Xi'an North Railway Station; Service: On the day of check-in, the lobby manager Mr. Deng provided very good service and provided special help for us to arrive early. The standard rooms in the hotel are of suitable size and the room service is very good. The children had a lot of fun playing in the swimming pool. Breakfast: The breakfast variety is pretty good, with abundant fruits and ginseng fruit is delicious😋. There will be more people after 8:30 for holiday breakfast, so you need to queue up to wait for beef noodles and meat buns.

Exam in Xi'an, stay at Jiyuan Hotel in Chang'an District. The hotel is near the examination room. The environment and location are very good. You can overlook the Qinling Mountains from the balcony of the room. The appearance of the hotel and the design of the public area are very distinctive, stable and grand. The check-in is professional and enthusiastic, and the surrounding facilities are also introduced in place. The 70-plus-square-meter deluxe twin-bed room is well lit, ventilated and has a good line of sight, and the design and color are bright and eye-catching. Room service is also very attentive. Hygiene is great. Although it is a bit far from the city center, it is also a very cost-effective hotel. The transportation is convenient, there is an airport bus parked at the door, and there are free parking spaces for self-driving hotel guests.

Hygiene: New hotel, environmental sanitation has nothing to say Facilities: The new design of the simple Four Points, said to be the first Four Points hotel in Xi'an Service: There is a person at the front desk who checks in, but the efficiency is still very high and there is no time to wait. The only thing to say, sleeping at night is too noisy, next to the construction site, 12 o'clock in the evening is still under construction, told the front desk, said that is the scope of the hotel, they can not manage, and finally sent me earplugs and called the 12345 complaint hotline.

The main entrance of the hotel is in the park, the environment is good, the young lady who checked in at the front desk was very enthusiastic, introduced us to the overall situation of the hotel, and also sent a welcome fruit plate intimately. The fitness center on the second floor is worth experiencing, the facilities are very complete, and the venue is much larger than the normal hotel configuration... Next to it is the Luohe Wetland Park. When the spring flowers bloom in March, you can come to camp and fly kites!

Holiday Inn Express Xi'An Bell Towers is located near amenties like 24/7 convenience stores. It is a short walking distance to various street food stalls n souvenir shops. Lots of delicious food are found here.👍 Their reception staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they offered us beverages to quench our thirst due to our long train ride from another province. Due to our late departing flight schedule, they were to accomodate to our request for late check-out.👍 Their breakfast is nice and delicious, catering to both Chinese and Western style. We were even given complimentary home-made beverages, something which we did not anticipate and this gesture delighted us. 👍 Their family room is ideal for our family of 4 adults, spacious space and good disposable toiletries. Staff cleaning the hotel rooms were polite, friendly and did a thorough job. Room was cleaned everday, at different timings, as they accomodate to our timing for sight seeing.👍 We would like to thank all staff from Holiday Inn Express Bell Tower Xi An for making our leisure trip a wonderful and memorable one. 😘 Thank you ❤️

The hotel was in a great location. It’s right beside the Muslim quarter so there’s so much street food. There’s also food chains like McDonald’s and kfc and Starbucks near by. The Great Mosque is only 5 minute walk and so is the drum and bell tower. The room was nice and clean and had the basics. The only negative was the AC was not great. It doesn’t cool the room but this is probably due to central air conditioning being controlled by the hotel which is common with most places in China. The staff were nice even though they had limited English. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you want easy access to the different tourists attractions!

We were having trouble to book the tickets for shanxi museum during the check in and the front desk service staff, 小雅 was very helpful and assisted us in the booking and got us the tickets. The service is excellent and I would recommend my friends to stay at this hotel when they are traveling to Xi’an.

Not a word of English was once spoken here, despite claiming to be an International Hotel, with a Western restaurant. We were greeted by a sign saying that the swimming pool was closed, which was a major disappointment as I had only booked this hotel to use the pool. I'm the room the tiles around the bath were all broken, and some on the floor too. It looks impressive when you first walk in, but then you notice issues. The ”coffee” is undrinkable to a westerner who doesn't take sugar. A huge selection of Chinese food for breakfast, but considering this is called a Western restaurant the cooked breakfast was appalling. The cook should ask someone how to fry eggs as they were awful. One day we had sausages that were fine, but the spicy ones are nothing like western sausages and not nice. I'm used to awful bacon in most countries, so this left me with beans on toast. The second day there were no beans, so just toast. The third day beans were empty, so I asked for some. After 10 minutes they came out stone cold. Very poor.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.
