We have been to Javea many times and returned to The Parador for a 5 night stay in a superior room. The room was lovely and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the lush gardens and a sea view. Everyone was very welcoming. The breakfast was lovely , fresh omelettes were delicious, fruits, cold meats, juices too. a wonderful setting overlooking the gardens too. The room was very clean and the housekeeping did a great job daily too. Excellent location short stroll to numerous restaurants bars etc. We shall certainly look forward to our next stay with you.

best view I've had anywhere. good AC great pillows. location is near promenade with many restaurants and tourist shops. beach is sandy with gentle waves, though shallow in the cove. very enjoyable stay. Room was much bigger than the Madrid hotel.

The hotel was excellently located, a short walk to the restaurants, shops and playa. The view from the balcony of the room was superb. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again.

Thoroughly enjoyable 10 night stay. All areas, including the bedrooms are airy and spacious - and of course, every room has a wonderful view of the Arenal, beach and sea. Breakfast was very good with hot choices available to order. Staff, especislly in reception, were very helpful and friendly. We didn't dine in the restaurant as we know the area well and stuck to the many reasonable places on the Arenal itself and also in the port, a 30 minute coast walk away. All very positive, however, a suggestion for the management. The pool towel man sits there all day doing very little for 95% of the time (also, the one-towel policy is a bit draconian). I don't know if it's open in the height of the season, but there's a little wooden shed close to the pool which looks as if it is sometimes a bar. Pool man could be usefully employed in September serving drinks there as well as towels. Additionally, whilst the tall palm trees by the pool provide some shade, the little fixed sombrillas are pretty useless and some proper, large movable sunshades would improve things a lot. That really doesn't detract from all the good things - the Parador is a pretty special place.

Modern parador on a perfect location, close to the bay. Aspacious rooms with a beautiful view over the bay. Only a few minutes walking to the beach and th boulevard with a lot of restaurants. Free parking is available. The parador has a good restaurant and cafetaria/bar.

The room had a strong musty smell that was ingrained in the furniture and even after leaving the balcón door open all night. Other than that everything else was fine with a clean room and good facilities

Easy private parking just across the road from the hotel, nice clean comfortable room. We had a lovely view. Good breakfast, choice of hot cooked options order taken and brought to your table and buffet of cold meats cheeses etc also provided. Friendly staff, nice little bar area. The pool was nice quiet and clean. We left wishing we had stayed longer, but will definitely return if visiting this area again.

old parador with a nice view, old bath rooms, old floors, worn out carpets everywhere, nice garden poor service. For breakfast, ok but you have to ask everithing: cold eggs are comming,ready to eat(?)

The hotel its in good location. Our breakfast was included and employees at the breakfast were very nice. On the other hand the hotel is very old and dated really needs a renovation. I have attached pictures of the shower and the door of our room. We booked our hotel through ******* and they used a third party to book the hotel. Unfortunately the third party agent made a mistake and booked a standard room even though we paid for an upgrade room. We mentioned that at the check in time, the front desk lady didn’t want to consider our request to be place in an upgrade room. We called ******* they called the hotel and the front desk Representative again said they cannot do anything about it. For those reasons I cannot recommend this hotel they put us in one of the oldest room at the first floor which every 8:00 in the morning someone who work at the hotel turned a machine construction that made a big noise impossible to sleep.
