A much needed weekend staycation in Hainan. Hotel is in a gorgeous location - set in the tropical rainforest. Very large grounds. Helpful and accommodating staff. Bath tubs and heated blankets for the cooler months. We had a fantastic guide who took us on a walk just outside of the hotel and into the rainforest. You can do a shorter loop or you can continue up and up and up lots of stairs- it is a good workout. The path is not 100percent complete / or not open right at the top so we went to a little door and back down again. I very much enjoyed this walk. Our helpful guide provided with walking sticks and helped with photo opportunities. After the the walk he showed us a a temple and gallery located in the hotel’s grounds. The gallery kindly provided us with our very own tea ceremony and the views from the small room of the mountain was lovely.

Booked 4 deluxe suites, when registering, said that there was no room to upgrade two rooms, check in and find that it was upgraded to a deluxe suite...? The operation of the mystery is not to mention for the time being. The hard set of the room is still very satisfactory, the spacious suite, the large sofa is very comfortable, and the furniture is relatively new. Sanitary conditions are not bad. But, but! One thing that is unacceptable is that the KTV operated downstairs of the hotel is open until two in the morning. The bad sound insulation, the doors and windows can be heard clearly, and the noise is too noisy to sleep. When consulting the front desk, it also seems that it doesn't matter if you leave it at will. Originally a good hotel, I didn't think the main business was KTV, which was a big failure.

Environment: The air in Wuzhishan is fresh. This hotel is next to a river. The view from the room is okay, and there are buildings on the opposite side. Mountain view. There are many empty buildings around the hotel. There is a good coconut chicken restaurant nearby. Overall, I felt that the hotel lobby and some areas on the first floor were too dark. Hygiene: Room hygiene is OK Facilities: The facilities in the room are not very good. The TV remote control battery is out of power, the phone cannot be made, and the bath water is a lot of cold water at the beginning. Service: Fortunately, the cleaning lady on our floor is not afraid of our troubles. She is helping to solve the problem. Juanjuan at the front desk is kind-hearted and the service is also good. Cost: It costs money to wash clothes, not the public kind. Compared with several family room hotels I have stayed in before, I think the overall room price in this hotel is a bit expensive. Maybe it's because the hotel is relatively new, but I found that the occupancy rate didn't seem to be very high. Breakfast: There are both Chinese and Western breakfast options.

There are delicious hot spring goose and emerald duck. When you get up in the morning, the clouds and mist on the mountain behind are called a fairyland. The big set on the edge of the hotel on Saturday is also quite distinctive. The room has a balcony, drinking tea and looking at the pool below is also very pleasant.

The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain. The road to the hotel is scenic and pleasant. The air quality is excellent. You can see the stars. The room is quiet and fully equipped. The staff are attentive and the food tastes good. It is especially suitable for rest and self-driving accommodation.
