There is a large maple forest before entering the village, and the small village of Qingyuan is under the maple trees. There is a special parking lot next to the old house. The aunt helped to carry the luggage to the guest room. Because it was a renovation of the old house, the room we booked was relatively small. It happened to be the off-season, so the aunt changed us to a slightly larger "Miss Room" ” , that is, I was sleeping against the wall and needed to climb in and out. The whole old house is quite charming, with front and back gardens, which is quite rare in Wuyuan.

The B&B is very historic and unique. The proprietress is warm, intellectual and generous. The breakfast is also very tasty. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Very good stay experience. The innkeeper's wife had taken care of every detail for us before we even arrived. I especially like the two aunties in the inn. They made me feel like family. The dishes they cooked were also super rich and delicious, much better than those restaurants in the village. Much more delicious! Although there was a little misunderstanding on the dinner menu on the night of check-in, the lady boss was very friendly and proactive in resolving the issue. I was in a bad mood at the time, but Aunt Hu also came to chat with me and comfort me. I was really touched! I will definitely stay here next time I come to Qingyuan! ❤️

I specifically booked a house with an ancient building. When I entered the room, I felt like I was walking through the door of a large mansion in the past. Many facilities in the house are still preserved from the past. I really like the layout of the house. Upstairs, you can open the window to enjoy the moon and the breeze, and you can also enjoy the scenery in the morning. Every window in the room is a landscape painting. What I like most is that there is a desk by the window, which makes my dream of reading a book and meditating by the window in the ancient town of Jiangnan come true. Hahaha. The service is very good, but the price of a rural homestay is really unbearable, it is already comparable to a five-star hotel. If the price is cheap, I really want to live here for a month. It's just that the toilet in the room has no door, which feels weird. There are also quite a lot of insect bites, it would be great if this could be solved.

The original village does not have many signs of human development. During the summer vacation, I brought my children here to stay for a few days. The cool and clear stream water, the simple villagers, and the pure natural green food made the children fall in love with the life experience of working from sunrise to sunset here. The proprietress provides attentive and enthusiastic service, and the decoration and improvement of the guest rooms while maintaining the original style of the house increases the living comfort. This is the best homestay I have experienced during my trip to Wuyuan, and also the best homestay in Qingyuan Ancient Village. To be exact, it is the most humane B&B I have ever stayed in. It makes me feel at home! Compared to other commercial scenic spots, I highly recommend everyone to stay in Qingyuan, this paradise, for one night! The food at the B&B is also great. I had to lean on the wall for every meal. The ingredients are also good and it’s delicious! Because I was traveling alone, I asked the boss if he could make half the portion of each dish at half price, and he agreed readily. Moreover, as the epidemic was spreading across the country, the boss took the initiative to contact a car to send me to the county town for nucleic acid testing, and also helped me contact the homestay in the county town. He also kept caring about whether my trip after check-out was smooth and whether I returned home safely. I was so touched! I've never written such a long review because the service is worth it!
