Xichen Holiday Hotel

A truly delightful stay! The hotel's bedding was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's not far from Xiangao City, and it was surprisingly quiet at night, which was great for sleeping. When we checked out, they even gave us some snacks, which completely changed my perception of hotels in scenic areas. You can really feel Wuyuan's dedication to tourism. I forgot to take pictures at the hotel because I spent all my time exploring Xiangao City. It's so unique, unlike other commercial ancient towns – each shop has its own character, almost none of them repeat. Highly recommend!

Stayed two nights at the Xichen International Resort Hotel and it exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft, and the breakfast buffet was extensive with both Chinese and Western options. I especially recommend the freshly made noodles. The staff were warm and attentive, and the attention to detail was excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.

The hotel was decent, but the breakfast was a bit basic. After staying for two days, it started to feel quite repetitive. Also, the condensed milk for coffee had gone bad. I informed the staff on the first day, but it still wasn't replaced on the second.

Arrived the night before a long holiday. It was a bit hard to get a taxi from the high-speed train station. The room felt great overall when I got there at night. It was very pretty and clean, and the service was good too. I asked for a memory foam pillow and they also brought an extra comforter. I booked without breakfast, so I went to Gaoxian Ancient Town for breakfast. The only downside was the roosters started crowing at 3 AM 😂, so I didn't sleep that well. However, the bedding was very comfortable. The room faced the street, so there was quite a bit of noise. The tea set in the room was a thoughtful touch, and the shower water was comfortable. I'd give it a 90 out of 100.

The location is great, with plenty of dining options nearby. You can even get to Xiangao City and the high-speed rail station using shared e-bikes. The customer service staff upgraded our room and gave us free breakfast. Wuyuan is truly beautiful, and we even extended our stay for another night.

Cleanliness: The environment was excellent. When we checked in, the manager noticed a slight stain on the sheets and specifically changed them for us. The room was also very spacious. Environment: It's very close to the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes by taxi.

The facilities were decent, though the bathroom light and fan were a bit noisy and had to be turned on/off together. Parking was convenient, and we didn't book breakfast. Since it was the Wuyuan flower-viewing season, I felt the room price could have offered better value for money.
