沒有房卡，因為鎖不了門，重視私隱的人慎重；改裝房衞生間和房間有個坡度容易摔跤不合理；地毯下就是木頭走路咔嚓響；外面看起來還可以，住裏面很簡陋……

這個民宿設施雖然不全，但是勉強能接受，但是離景區很遠，不開車的話來回很麻煩，最主要的是早上不到四點兩衹雞開始對叫打鳴，雖説是原生態，但是真的睡不着，五點不到就走了準備去服務區補覺😂

打了一晚上chòu蟲，chòu蟲滿天飛還往身上爬的那種，本要不到7點就起來，因為chòu蟲的原因整宿就衹安眠了一個半小時，未到退房時間（12:00）內敲了三次門，雖然是旺季但我也不理解，消費者最正常的且在規定之內的權益都滿足不了，太過分了。從未評價過任何一個商家，因為知道這年頭大家都不容易，但這次真的體驗感極極極極差！

房間根本不是在圖片上的那幢房子裏，而是旁邊的民居的兩間房改造的。空調聲音超級大，根本睡不着，零下八度的天氣關了空調，兩條薄被子一家三口衹能擠在一張一米二的床上取暖。電跳了幾次。兩個房間共用一個熱水器，熱水根本不夠用，而且花灑質量超差漏水漏掉一大半，洗澡洗一半沒水了，凍成狗。一個房間的門從裏面很難打開，用力往裡拉整個房子都在晃！巨坑！

環境很好！滿滿的古色古香！晚餐也很棒！雖然看起來簡單但是味道很絕，兩個女生都能吃到光盤。老闆也非常熱情，還專門給我們置辦了院子裏的桌子，氛圍感拉滿！晚上可以在路邊散步，一抬頭就是漫天的星星！配上水渠裏的流水聲，大自然的美真的能讓煩惱都慢慢忘記，就想永遠都定格在這一瞬間......

我們過來的時候比較晚了，師傅也不太願意送我們進去了，説是裏面不太熟. 聯繫老闆讓他來景區接我們一下，老闆很爽氣的立馬就過來了. 很和藹好客的一位老闆.
立馬的裝修也是古色古香，老闆説是他把他曾祖父的老宅搬過來了再還原的.
裏面的院子也是佈置得很漂亮，各種盆栽綠植，老闆還熱情的泡好了當地特色的菊花茶，一掃疲憊.
感覺就像是家裡來了客人，主人很熱情的街待一樣，很温馨.

民宿離婺源景區很近，很適合拍照，特別是晚上，燈光打得很好。開車很方便，門口有秋千，庭院有很多多肉植物，長得好好，徽派建築，我們去得太晚了，庭院裏還提供菊花茶，我們來不及拍照，去的小夥伴記得早點去拍照。對了，老闆廚藝很好，魚好好吃，我點了三個菜都很好吃，一家三口吃了兩盆飯，老闆很熱情，我下次還回來。

【小縣城300多的民宿真是讓人太失望！！！】看着宣傳的門頭還是不錯的，剛進小院也不錯，後面帶我們入住的時候，我還以為走錯了，入住的地方如圖1到圖4，就是村屋用來當民宿，都沒搞裝修，老闆的家人也住在裏面。房間的門衹能從裏面反鎖，出去的時候是沒法鎖的，門還有點壞（圖5）裏面的用品都非常的劣質（圖6）一次性牙刷很硬，拖鞋薄如紙片。房間還有蟑螂（圖8黑點）和臭屁蟲，空調機就在窗外，窗子壞了沒能完全閉合，空調像年久失修的儀器，晚上運轉很大聲。床單很潮濕。一般酒店都是12點退房，但是早上10點老闆就來敲門叫起床，10點多又過來確認起床沒有，理由是打掃需要時間，顧客可能會1點到達。房間裏面沒有水，退房的時候問老闆有沒有，老闆才給了兩瓶380ml的水（小瓶）
