入住的房間在景區客服中心對面，房間很漂亮，空間大，乾淨整潔。窗外風景好，晚上也安靜。住宿體驗非常舒服！會有專業的管家服務，有需要他們會給你提供幫助，山下辦理入住，山上有人接送，服務非常到位。酒店提供的早點豐富美味，景區景色仙美，總而言之物有取值👍

酒店依山而建，訂的房間又是最高一間獨棟，在主臥一層往下看，風景盡收眼底！可惜遇到雨天，並錯過了一期油菜花花期。
早餐在天街上，離酒店有點距離，尤其在下雨天，更顯不方便，而且9：00就結束了，有點無奈。
下雨天，大堂濕漉漉的，人也多，更顯混亂。
頭天晚上雷雨交加，山上竟然停電了，別墅大門門禁變無效，風吹就打開了，雨水也飄進來了，剛好有人在，否則後果很嚴重（財務安全、房子偉生）；儘管如此，也沒有管家提醒。不知其他別墅是何狀況😓。
第二天早上又有好幾次停電。
本次入住體檢並不好。希望配套能改進，真正做到以人為本，賓客至上！

很讚的一次篁嶺住宿體驗：前台小姐姐Nice，管家服務貼心，雨中篁嶺不一樣的美！
1、出發前一天住宿管家電話確定了行程，還微信發了導圖和温馨提示。很貼心。
2、篁嶺山腳下服務中心辦理了入住，憑藉住房登記憑證送了門票和索道。現在淡季，給小朋友補了張門票和索道票，優惠價100元（網上120，優惠的115）
3、下了索道，有好心的大叔幫忙提行李，民宿的管家也派電瓶車來接送了，幫忙提行李。（山上遊客服務中心到住的地方也有管家安排幫忙帶路和提行李）方便，省力了。
4、入住時因為還沒打掃好，前台小姐姐給我們免費升級了親子家庭房，獨門獨院，三層樓，進去一個大廳，樓梯上去一個房間帶衞生間。1.5米床。三樓一個套房，還有小零食。小姐姐貼心提醒山裡有點冷，空調可以一直開着，相當的贊👍真的很意外和感謝！
5、山上的早餐粥、麪條、一些蔬菜，還有桃酥等幹點，在山上屬於較豐富的，尤其是各式的饅頭特別多。
6、唯一有點遺憾就是下雨，曬物大都沒放出來。期待下次再來，還是住這裏。

無敵景觀房，可以邊喝茶邊欣賞到篁嶺梯田和村裡的徽派建築和曬秋，享受着悠閑的下午時光！如果有興趣，還能用酒店提供的文房四寶揮毫一番！

省流：提早預訂，預訂便宜一些的曬秋或者天街。實在不行住半山腰的民宿村，不要定倚山居。尤其別墅房型，住完感覺除了建築外觀好看，剩下的就是大冤種。五六星級的價格，四星級的配置，敷衍的公關處理
篁嶺風景很不錯，酒店佔據了美景，但是缺少內核——良好的度假體驗。
1.晚上睡覺發現房間裏有一衹蜜蜂，飛不出去，聲音很大，像在飛無人機，而且太晚了不方便叫人上門清理。後來早上外出查看，是發現別墅區的一個裝飾性的柴堆裏面，變成他們的蜂巢。所以有蜜蜂直接跑進房間裏
2兩居室房型，三樓洗澡水根本不熱，温的。越洗越冷
3新裝修的，沒有做好通風，甲醛味道很大，進去就是人肉凈化器。健康考慮，不建議入住。睡眠質量受到嚴重影響
4.5800多一晚的房費，更多是節假日溢價。實際配置根本未達到這一水準。五星級標準的浴袍沒有配備，也沒有看到迷你吧酒水飲料。衹有茶包咖啡提供。燒水壺也很小，每次燒一點點。住過一些高端酒店，很多都會使用有保温功能的，按下出水的燒水壺。
5.早餐在天街用餐 需要步行二百多米，而且和別的兩家酒店合併用餐 現場人很多 很吵雜混亂，像吃食堂，影響度假心情。而且食物也做的挺粗糙的，僅僅是能吃
6.酒店補償措施：四個人的門票實際衹用了兩人。反映問題後，拒絕做出任何錢款賠償，衹送了一個大番茄玩偶和兩個柿子。有誠意但不多
7這個價格和設施，服務。我覺得一半就是靠景區遊客多，不愁生意。
8.行李服務還行，但是台階多，多有不便。也應該有此項服務。
我很難評價，我祝他成功。

酒店很不錯，環境優美，管家服務周到。温泉就在房間100米左右，可游泳，可泡露天温泉。景區中，鬧中取靜，推薦入住。晚上景色特別漂亮。下次還會選這裏。
