房間採光好，空間適中，家人住的，總體滿意，樓頂有配套洗衣機，衹是我們沒用它，離三姑街很近，走路十五分鐘左右，附近有吃早餐的地方，很方便，紫溪粉，鍋邊糊，都挺不錯，紫溪粉注意加料的價格，還有景區武夷星的茶葉蛋和奶茶不要錯過，很香濃，武夷星衹有景區有賣這些，實在不知道哪裡有，就去大紅袍老樹那邊買。
樓頂曬衣服的地方要誇一誇！通風好，有遮擋，下雨的時候幸好有它，看了有些民宿不能曬衣服或者能曬衣服，但是沒有遮擋下雨都淋濕了，慶幸了好一會兒。
就是門不大好，不能反鎖，而且也有點卡，每次關都很大聲。
