Jingju Resort Wuyishan

A hidden gem for healing in Wuyishan, truly relaxing for mind and body! Choosing J Residence for my Wuyishan trip was absolutely the right decision! The hotel just opened in 2025, so the facilities are brand new, and the environment is all about 'wellness and healing' – the moment I walked in, I felt everything slow down. The room faces the continuous mountain ranges in the distance, offering an incredible view; it's like a landscape painting when you open the curtains. What surprised me most were the wellness details in the room: not only a Himalayan salt lamp and a mugwort hammer, but you can also choose your favorite aromatherapy scent upon check-in. I slept so soundly at night with the sleep-inducing aromatherapy. The hotel's sound bowl healing and Eight-Section Brocade experiences were very professional; after them, I felt all my fatigue dissipate. The dining was also amazing; the East-meets-West breakfast buffet was extensive, and the various delicacies at the Chinese restaurant were exceptional. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the manager even added me on WeChat to proactively ask about my needs. For anyone looking to escape the city hustle and recharge, I highly recommend this place!

Our travel plans unfortunately coincided with a typhoon. Luckily, we had booked this hotel, which prevented two days from being completely wasted. The hotel is conveniently located next to Wuyi Mountain, boasting beautiful surroundings and fresh air. Cleanliness is impeccable throughout the hotel. Despite the rainy weather, which inevitably led to water dripping indoors, staff were constantly wiping the floors in the lobby, keeping it dry. Room cleaning was done twice a day. The pool water was clean, and with lifeguards on duty, even novice swimmers felt completely safe. The breakfast spread was abundant and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, all comprehensive and delicious. What was most special were the daily classes available. We learned Baduanjin and experienced sound healing bowls. A special thanks goes to the duty manager; the classes were fully booked when we made our reservation, but the duty manager managed to add us to a session. Although we couldn't hike due to the typhoon this time, this hotel brought a perfect end to our trip. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Traveling with friends, we unfortunately encountered a typhoon while in Wuyishan. We stayed at Jingju and the environment was absolutely wonderful. We could see the mountains right from our room! Upon check-in, we had the option to choose an aromatherapy scent for our room. Since the typhoon kept us from going out, we participated in the hotel's customized Baduanjin Qigong class and sound healing session. A huge thank you to the lobby manager, Xiao Jiang, who was incredibly prompt and effective in helping us resolve any issues we had. The housekeeping staff was also very diligent; they even folded my pajamas when they made the bed, which was a lovely touch! Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. Next time I'm in Wuyishan, I'll definitely be staying at Jingju again!

It's rare to find such great service management in domestic hotels these days, and the front office reception was fantastic, truly commendable. They helped me plan my itinerary in advance and arranged everything as smoothly as possible, which was really nice. As for the environment, it's definitely perfect for a vacation. The food was excellent, clearly made with care. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'll definitely come back.

Facilities: This is a new hotel with excellent facilities and a fantastic pool. I didn't take pictures of it, but it's very clean and new. Cleanliness: The room was clean and fresh, and even had an aroma diffuser. Service: Aside from a small hiccup at breakfast, which was resolved, the overall experience was excellent. They offer a very convenient pick-up service from the station. The hotel also provides many classes, most of which are free. I didn't get to try them due to a long hike, but I'd love to check them out if I get the chance. Breakfast: The breakfast was varied and suitable for most people, with plenty of choices.

This hotel is great for self-driving, and the underground parking in summer is a huge plus. The family room was a bit small, but my child loved it. There are many free classes available; we spent most of our time out and about, but we did try a fun incense-making workshop. We had lunch at the hotel, and the food was good. The lotus seed and egg stew wasn't overly sweet – a new combination for me in Wuyi Mountain. Wuyi Mountain is perfect for a relaxing getaway; I'd definitely come back. The front desk staff, Xiao Jiang and Xiao Lu, were all smiles throughout our stay. When checking in, they noticed it was my birthday and proactively offered to arrange a small cake to be delivered to our room, which was very thoughtful. The duty manager was also very responsive, always checking in on our needs. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The room was very spacious, and the facilities were brand new. The view directly overlooked Dawang Peak, which was lovely. The hotel management operates at a five-star standard, and the service was excellent. The breakfast offered a good variety, including local specialties like Dahongpao tea eggs and dragon claw mushrooms. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to all the scenic spots in Wuyishan.

Had a really comfortable solo trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was fantastic – less than a 5-minute walk to all the attractions. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try dinner at the hotel restaurant, but I heard good things about it. Attaching a photo of the balcony view.
