I thought this location was a bit expensive to sell. After the experience, I found out that it was really super value. It can be seen that the health is not bad, it looks very clean. It is too close to the subway route and the main road, too noisy, sound insulation is not good, I don't know which room is still open and close the door until two or three in the morning, and I didn't fall asleep all night. There are not many parking spaces at the door, and they are occupied by the shops next door. The barricade is not allowed to stop. The hotel provides an agreement parking lot opposite the bridge. It is 12 hours and the overtime fee is self-care.

WOW just WOW. THE best service from a 5 star hotel in China after 20+ years and hundreds of stays. Fair to say that a lot of hotels in China have the hardware (nice rooms and good facilities etc) but normally get let down by the software (service). This was an exception. Had serious issues with health codes and covid testing in Wuxi but Shumaila (Guest Service Manager) along with her Chinese colleague turned into Superwoman and Superman and went way beyond the levels of expected service for a 5 star hotel. First they accompanied me to the covid testing point (1 km away) but didnt stop there because i still had problems and had to go to the hospital to get tested (4 kms away). They helped order a taxi and Shumaila actually went to the hospital with me to ensure everything was ok! Also this was all done on her day off! Remarkable. Throughout my stay the service in the hotel was excellent whether it be at check in or out (quick) or in the restaurant and/or executive lounge area. Everyone in the hotel had a smile on their face and was willing to be of assistance. Food including breakfast had variety and was good Keep up the excellent work, well done to Shumaila and your hotel team

The price/performance ratio is very high. The coffee provided to the guests is delicious. The room is large and clean, and comes with bathrobes. Overall, it is worthy of the price. The front desk service is very user-friendly, not mechanical and perfunctory, which is great~

The hotel is near to the metro with lot of small food stalls. Extremely convenient location to travel to multiple attractions. The family connecting room are very big.

It was a happy trip. I chose a suite. I was very satisfied with the space layout, facilities and hygiene. There is a shopping mall within walking distance, and takeout is also convenient. The swimming pool downstairs is very clean, and I also invited a coach to give a lesson. There are some good books in the lobby, and you can ask the front desk to take them to the room to read. There is a charging station downstairs, which is tram-friendly for overnight stays. The breakfast exceeded Citadines' expectations and is much better than Hangzhou Qingshan Lake. A few kilometers away is the park by Taihu Lake, where you can ride a bike. However, there are few shared bicycle resources here, so you can take a walk without a car. It is a bit far from the city.
