Everything is good , clean, and well maintained. I really enjoyed staying there. Hotel staff was so polite to me.

The location is good, right next to the largest subway station in Wuxi, Sanyang Square. Downstairs is 19B, the subway entrance. The room is large, with a giant projection screen and clear resolution. Mainly hygienic and clean. Fully equipped with refrigerator and washing machine. The bedding is comfortable. A friend recommended this to me. It’s so worth it.

Location is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

I booked a suite which was exactly like the pictures. Spacious, comfortable bed and nice bath. However I arrived at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready, I couldn’t check in until 6pm. My friends had also booked a suite but they didn’t get one and were told there was nothing the hotel could do. Overall I was happy with my experience however the rooms my friends got were nowhere near as good as mine and spoiled the holiday a bit.

Facilities: Very complete, you can cook noodles by yourself, there is a refrigerator and a washing machine. It’s no different from home. A rich breakfast provides you with energy for the day. Highly recommended! Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable to sleep at night. Environment: Elegant, you can overlook the surrounding bustling night scene from the room. Service: Fair, there is only one person on duty at the front desk. If the front desk goes to the bathroom, there will be no one 😂

A very satisfying stay. The room is new and big. The service is also very good. There is a handsome brother at the door. The front desk will introduce you to the room and will also add incense. The toilet is also very clean. It is very good. When we left, they gave us a small gift for the Spring Festival. Although the price has increased a lot during the Spring Festival, I think it is still very good.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was rich in variety, including bread, porridge, fruit and various side dishes, with many choices. However, the elevator had a malfunction, but the staff came to repair it quickly and gave me a small gift as compensation, which made me feel very considerate. The room was very clean overall, and the service attitude was also very good. I will choose here again next time.

The location is very good, the mall is opposite, shopping is very convenient. Driving is also very convenient. The hotel parking lot is also very spacious, with a three-story parking lot. The hotel is decorated in a high-end atmosphere. The front desk staff is warm and polite, and the service is meticulous. I will never forget that when Manager Wang at the front desk saw that our family of three was traveling, he took the initiative to upgrade us to a suite without any additional charge. We were very touched by the meticulous service. I regret that I only arranged a one-day trip to Wuxi. Next time I go to Wuxi, I will definitely stay here again. I recommend this hotel to everyone. It is absolutely worth the money and a good experience.
