The room was great, excellent location, and well-equipped facilities, allowing us to cook our own meals. The hotel also offered nice night views. Getting around was very convenient, with various shopping malls nearby.

The location is fantastic, right in the city center at Sanyang Plaza. It's incredibly convenient with a metro station and commercial hub just downstairs. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was excellent. The views were expansive and the city lights were beautiful. The front desk staff were all very friendly and the cleaning ladies always greeted us warmly. Breakfast was delicious and high quality, offering both international standards and local flavors. Overall, it was an extremely good value for money experience. My only minor complaint is that the duvet was a bit thin, especially since the air conditioning worked so well!

The hotel is really tall, and the view from the room is quite good overall. The facilities and brands are all decent, and the location is excellent. My only minor regret is that it's a bit old, as it was built a while ago.

The front desk staff, Jersey, Nancy, and Bella, were all very enthusiastic and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel's downtown location is incredibly convenient for transportation, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is super conveniently located right by the Sanyang Plaza Metro exit in Wuxi! It's only two subway stops from Wuxi Station. The room offers fantastic views, overlooking the entire city of Wuxi, and the night view is absolutely stunning! 🌃

Booked a two-bedroom suite for two nights, but to my surprise, we were upgraded to a three-bedroom suite! It had three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a laundry room. This spacious apartment truly amazed my family. Every morning, we'd wake up for a swim, then enjoy a delicious breakfast with both Western and Chinese options. Ascott really pampered us for two days! The location is fantastic, all the historical sites in the city center are within walking distance!

A really nice hotel in a great area. There were many places within walking distance to go eat and drink. The room was comfortable, modern and very clean. The views of the city from the 47th floor were quite good. The breakfast buffet was tasty with a good mix of Chinese and Western food. I would definitely recommend staying here for a weekend in Wuxi.

Room was very spacious, well-kept and the location was great - 5 minutes walk to the train station and surrounded by shopping malls. The staff were attentive to our needs to and quick in meeting our requests. The only downside is that didi cars cannot be driven directly to the hotel lobby entrance and can only pick us up at the office building entrance (same building as Ascott but facing another direction). Other than that, this is a great and convenient place to stay when travelling in Wuxi!

Absolutely amazing! I'm totally blown away by this high-rise hotel after my stay. The room decor is simply chic and modern, and the comfortable king-size bed ensured I slept soundly. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an incredible visual treat! 🏙️ As night falls, the dazzling city lights outside create a captivating ambiance. The location is perfect, right in the heart of a bustling commercial district. It was a fantastic experience, definitely five stars! ✨

The room was quite spacious and on a high floor, so it was pretty quiet with a nice view. Service: Excellent and very welcoming, they were very considerate of our needs. Facilities: There's a gym and it's not crowded at all. Cleanliness: I found it to be very clean, really good.

What I didn't like: When I checked in, they asked if I needed cooking facilities and a washing machine. If not, I could get a room immediately. If so, I'd have to wait for a room to be cleaned. I asked if the room sizes were the same, and they said yes. So I thought I'd just check in directly; the space saved from not having cooking facilities and a washing machine should make the room more comfortable. Who knew it was all hallway space, with very little usable area? Everyone, please avoid room xx06, see the pictures for details. What I liked: The hotel is located near Exit 10 of Sanyang Plaza Metro Station, which is an excellent location and very convenient for getting around. I won't be coming back in the future, bye-bye~

The hotel is located in the heart of Wuxi, with vibrant city life right downstairs. Our room was on a high floor and the in-room amenities were excellent. It's an apartment-style hotel, the service was decent, and breakfast was just okay.

The hotel is super convenient to get to – just turn right after exiting Sanyang Plaza Station (Subway Line 1, Exit 11A) and it’s a short walk away. If you're staying for a longer period, I recommend the executive suite. It's very spacious and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, essential cooking utensils, and a washer/dryer. At night, you can enjoy panoramic views of Wuxi city.
