Boutique Hotels Wuxi

I had a great stay here. Excellent bed, bath tub, swimming pool etc. The hotel is a little old and is tough to spot at first but I loved it here. It was nice and quiet, easy check in etc. Tons of things around, I recommend the ”#65 coffee shop” up the street. The pool was good. The changing room in the pool was a bit old but it didn't affect me. Nice gym. Staff were all very pleasant, easy to get deliveries etc. Would definitely stay again. Excellent for the price especially.

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

A true smoke-free service apartment. Service of staff is good. Reception went the extra mile in assisting to help book a cab when didi rejected our booking. Not fascinated by the breakfast, though it does get you fill-up. Liked the fermented beancurd with porridge. My kid likes the playroom located next to the breakfast area. He had a short session daily there after we had our breakfast.

I had the studio apartment comes with washer and cooking stuff. Pretty big room and comfortable bed. The environment is quiet as it was located inside of the square. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to metro. It was 3 stops away to Sanyang square, busy shopping areas. About 15 to 20 minutes taxi to Huishan ancients town and nanchang Street. There is a family mart near to the hotel. Nothing fancy of the breakfast.

A cute hotel with a lovely Korean district right below! So close to the metro station! The room was generally clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend given the price!

The family room is especially suitable for my sister and I to travel with my mother. The traditional hotel is also more suitable for my mother. The location is convenient for eating and drinking. The elevator is indispensable. The breakfast is cost-effective. The service staff in the hotel lobby and breakfast restaurant are very enthusiastic, the underground parking lot has clear instructions, and the overall experience is very good.

Hotel is 10 minutes taxi ride from Wuxi station. 100 metres from Center 66 luxury mall with many eateries nearby.

I came to Wuxi for a 2-day trip during the Qingming Festival. As an IHG member, I usually choose Crowne Plaza/InterContinental. I visited Huishan Ancient Town on the first day. I searched nearby and found the Crowne Plaza was the closest, so I went there to stay. The front desk lady Echo Si was kind and sweet. Because I used points to redeem room upgrades on Ctrip, the lady immediately helped me make the best choice. Nai Si! The room was on the 19th floor and was big enough. However, I have a small complaint that the room had a peculiar smell. It felt like it came from the carpet. The hardware facilities were relatively old and the air conditioning temperature was not very low. Overall, the service was perfect, but the hardware was a little worse😅

Roucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

The room is clean and well-equipped, especially the location is very good. The Sanyang Square subway station is not far downstairs, so it is convenient to go anywhere. There are two Sanfeng restaurants across the road, where you can buy Wuxi sweet and sour spareribs. Two 1.2 beds can sleep 4 people. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it is quite comfortable. Breakfast is in the revolving restaurant on the 28th floor. There are not many varieties, but it is relatively rich, and the taste is more Wuxi. Overall five-star praise, a small suggestion, the wash basin is a bit slow to drain!
