Yunlong Hotel

This is our second stay at this hotel. My mom sprained her ankle and had difficulty walking, so I specifically requested a ground floor room. The owner contacted us in advance to confirm our check-in time and immediately arranged it. It wasn't a corner room, and being on the ground floor and close to the front desk saved my mom a lot of walking – thank you! 🙏 They also upgraded our room, which was even better than last year's. The service attitude is excellent, the bedding is comfortable, and the room is clean and tidy. Plus, they provide disposable towels and toilet seat covers. We'll definitely stay here again when we visit Mount Wutai.

The location is decent, quite close to the city center, but the room was really small. Everything else was fine.

The family suite was almost 1600 yuan per night, but the hallway was dirty. What they called a 'suite' had one room completely enclosed with no windows, and another with a small, obstructed window. The air circulation was terrible, making the rooms stuffy and hot, with no air conditioning. One room had a floor fan and the other an air circulator. The temperature didn't drop below 28 degrees Celsius all night.

The room was incredibly small. For over 600, this size is unacceptable. I stayed in a double room, and it was so tiny that two people could barely walk around. On top of that, the hygiene was terrible. I discovered some unwashed stains on the pillowcase on the second day.

The room was quite spacious and the service was excellent. There's a Shanxi restaurant inside, which was convenient and clean for dining. The location is very close to Puhua Temple station, making it easy to get around. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located within the scenic area, making it easy to get around. There's a snack street nearby, just a short walk away – perfect for a post-meal stroll. Since it rained on the mountain, there was a big temperature difference between day and night, so I definitely recommend bringing a jacket.

Convenient location with a good environment. The room is a bit small, and the shower is tiny, which needs improvement. It's suitable for a first-time stay, though some street-facing rooms can be noisy. Breakfast is decent.

The location is great, right next to the bus station. The conditions are decent; it's a step below brand-name hotels but much better than a typical B&B. The room isn't big, and the bathroom is very small. The inward-opening door makes it quite inconvenient to enter, so I hope they can improve that. The service was very enthusiastic, and they gave good recommendations.

The room was fantastic! The front desk service was excellent and very attentive. They patiently explained everything and even helped me with my luggage. The hotel's central location makes it convenient to go anywhere. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!
