The location of this Pearl Hotel is superior, there are many restaurants next to it, and there is a museum behind it, but the experience is not good, the hotel facilities are outdated, parking spaces are very few, inconvenient, the uncle security in the picture is not responsible.

五一跟了個風，打卡巫山小山峽：臨時安排的一家人浩浩盪盪的出發，直接網上訂的這家。到達之後有些許驚喜，地理位置便利，旁邊很多的吃的，唯一需要改進的是停車問題，完全是停路邊。房間不算大，夠用。早餐比較中規中矩，雞蛋牛奶包子麪條等…

酒店位置非常好，江景房風景很好。酒店管理需要改進，大門口位子不太大，酒店人員自己的車子亂停，到達後車子都進不去，浴室熱水量很大，但是噴淋壞的，水到處亂噴，房間自費商品沒有明顯提示

來巫山玩也是選了好多酒店，看了評價後專門來的這家酒店，沒想到本來訂了兩天，第二天我直接退單了，果斷換了酒店。
優點：酒店硬件設施還可以，早餐也比較滿意。酒店門口的停車位非常緊張，但是保安大叔很負責，把鑰匙留下可以幫大家停車。
缺點：我們訂的是商務雙床房，去的時候沒江景房了。酒店就在馬路邊，車來車往，人來人往非常嘈雜，再加上酒店對面就是一排的餐館，桌子就擺在門口的路上，晚上全都在賣燒烤，紙包魚。晚上12點半的時候外面吃飯的人依然很多，吵的根本沒辦法睡覺，甚至到了半夜3點多，外面還有人大喊大叫，喝酒吵鬧的，到了早上6點行人和車子又開始增多，可以説一晚上我們全家基本沒睡成。
所以説，如果是睡覺比較輕的，有長者的，就別來這家酒店了，我們是一夜基本沒睡。

這個酒店還不錯吧，新裝修的，前台服務也可以👍
本來試着在高德平台定的巫山的江山紅葉兩江假日酒店，因為行程延遲1天，需要延遲1天入住。我給酒店前台打電話（2月10日16：38），前廳領班肖姓女士説直接給我延過來，也讓我給高德平台打電話，讓高德平台發單子給酒店確認就可以了，和肖姓領班（對方自稱姓肖，是前廳領班）確認後沒問題了，我給高德平台電話，等高德平台客服再給我回電話的時候，就説酒店沒有房間了……更奇葩的是，17：22的時候，我在平台上還能看到有房，很無語啊，我嚴重懷疑這個兩江假日酒店的服務水平，不想聽解釋了，退房吧……
