There's a beautiful hotel all right and clean just just unclear how to drive it

I was charged more than the agreed price and the hotel refuses to respond to my complaint. I was in the neigborhood and called them after seeing their prices on their site. Based on their offer I went to the hotel, the check-in took a long time because of computer problems. They charged my credit card, I asked for the bill to check it but they said I would get it at check-out. When I complained the next morning they would follow up later. They now deny it and claim I got a better room, but the price of my room on their site is still much lower than paid.

We were attending a wedding party in Düsseldorf with other friends and we just picked this local hotel because it was convenient but we were surprised to see that bit only it was super clean and comfortable but gorgeous too. Their restaurant which we used for breakfast was situated in trees and stream passing by. Very cute and quality of food and variety was great. Very friendly people at counter and kitchen and all over I definitely go back and recommend it if you are not 1st time tourist visiting the town.

Unfortunately super disappointing. We spent in this sending hotel 2 nights including our wedding night. Had even ordered a expensive photographer and videographer tomorrow to take a picture and photograph with us. We had clearly set out with the hotel in the forefront which room we wish for it, orally and in writing. We were even in the room before and I showed photos of another Getting Ready in our wish room that I wanted for us. The hotel has shown us and confirmed this room in the local area, also in writing. You can imagine our horror when we arrive on the day of check-in afternoon and this room was just ”paid” to people who spontaneously asked it on the same day. Without any conversation with us. It was even in the system that we reserved it, and then the lady at the reception probably held a telephone conversation with the booking manager who had to get fully out of the air and never have to say, that he has given us another room because we wanted a bathtub. We never wanted a bathtub or even just talked about it. My husband measures clearly over 2 meters, The max 1,40m long bathtub in one of the other rooms doesn't interest us at all. Absolutely difficult in addition to the organization. And then, the room was away, there was absolutely no room at the same level. Instead of the room with greater over 3 meters of ceiling height and to the garden exit, then a much smaller room with 2.50m deck height with windows went out to the industrial area. And in this room the Getting Ready Shooting took place with the expensively paid photographers and videographers. Whenever I see the photos I get angry because wedding dress including dragon now decorately hangs to the industrial area in front of a window and the ceiling is on the ground. I really find a uglyness for a hotel that is so high. And unfortunately, we had planned to have a address in the hotel next to the expensive Getting Ready where we will spend our wedding day every year in the next few years. Also that - linked to this disappointing memory - is not of course Option more. Really disappointing. The owners have never turned in and apologised or similar. Damage! Therefore zero of 5 stars.

Reserved for one night with grandson (11) as a base for a visit to Neanderthal. Private underground parking, not too wide but more convenient than searching for a place on the street. Friendly welcome but you can best know what German, English or any other language is clearly not their fort. No too large room, but enough for 1 night. Flask of water and tea, no coffee, available. No TV or telephone guide, but menu from the in-house Italian restaurant La Scala. No air conditioning in the room but a window but at higher outdoor temperatures, no cool room. We were both of the same about the poor quality of the head coats, and according to the good German custom, you must make your bed yourself, Maw, throw a layer on it and the donut cover on it again. Bathroom spacious and beautiful with inlet-regen shower, hairdryer also available. Beautiful indoor pool, pleasant water temperature, clothing cabins and free towels available. The hotel is great. Friendly staff. Beautiful room. Bad room is also good and beautiful. About the restaurant I am a little less to talk about. Hamburger with frites and a salad. Hamburger was fine. This hotel is a wonderful accident. Someone reminded that it is close to Hbf and the law and order is not good. It is quite safe to arrive at 10 o'clock in the evening. The doorway is a lively commercial street. It may not be convenient to drive by car. The twin room booked unexpectedly gave two twin beds, and the family of 4 could stay loose. The room and bathroom are oversized. The breakfast was very good. Praise! ! !
