I was second time in this hotel, The hotel needs a little renovation and work on the breakfasts which are very poor.

It’s a good place to stay, location is good, customer service is good but room could be maintained properly, it needs to clean, take out carpets, wash down bathroom properly and do a deep cleaning and maintenance. I would recommend cause it’s not a bad place to stay but it just needs up keeping.

先説優點，地理位置很好，就在步行街裏，下樓就是小吃。
再説缺點，這家酒店幾年前就住過，當時覺得房間看着太老了，衞生也不咋的，後來就沒住過。這次是因為想訂的酒店沒房間了，又看到了花園湖景酒店，看裏面説是2020年重新裝修的，想着應該比以前好些，結果發現地毯還是以前的地毯，基本沒洗過，床套上都有破洞了，淋浴房也有黑色的歲月沉澱的痕跡，以後不會再住！

我這趟旅行最差的一個酒店，沒有之一，服務人員態度極差，我超多行李很吃力的搬上去，保安還是門僮，看見了也不幫忙，就在那看着，前台態度也不太行，衞生臟的不要太離譜，一床的灰，浴缸裏還有小蟲，我拿開水燙了，洗完還是一身癢，房間好多設施都是壞的，陽台的門是壞的，等我快退房了，才來的人修的，房間裏面一股味超臭，入住還要按金300，我之前700多的豪華酒店都不用，你們這麼差的設施怎麼敢的啊？而且燈光超級暗，和圖片完全不一樣，免費的水有一瓶還給喝了一半，感覺就像上個人退房沒收拾一樣，早餐的品種更是少的可憐，不會入住第二次了，太次了。

房間不錯，就在湖邊上。免費給升級了湖景房。邊上就是步行街。剛好步行街晚上有音樂節。出行方便。下次還會再來的。

前台服務很耐心，酒店位置很好，停車也很方便，值得再次入住，湖景房不要問了一級的棒，價位絕對超值，體驗三星級以上。

樓下的商業街很方便，也有大型超市，價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生還不錯了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，雖然裝修時間比較長，但是無異味，服務員都很熱情

大家千萬不要被這個酒店好聽的名字給忽悠了，衞生極差，房間內設施老舊，從進門開始，房卡進入已經不太靈光，要無限次刷卡才能打開房門，進門撲面而來的就是廁所馬桶的味道，床上套件是肉眼可見的臟，大家慎重選擇
服務：晚上怕冷想多要一床被子備用，客房阿姨堅持不給，説每個房間的被子配置是固定的，如果我們多用一床，別的房間就沒有了，最後還是沒給
設施：然後我們就説要開空調，又被告知空調根本不能制熱…
