Metropolo Classiq Properties in Wuhan

The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. My train was delayed this time, and she assisted us with a late check-out. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with complimentary tea 🍵, coffee ☕, and pastries 🥧 in the lobby. They also offer free parking, a self-service breakfast, and a laundry and fitness center 🏋️. The room was very clean, and I slept comfortably. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Firstly, the staff were fantastic; every single person we met from the moment we walked in was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. We were here for a concert with our child, and this place was incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there's the Wanda Golden Street food street, and it's genuinely just a few minutes' walk to the Sports Center. With the concert starting at 7:30 PM, we could head down around 6:30 PM and still have a leisurely stroll over. It was even better after the concert; no need to worry about traffic jams, and we could grab a late-night snack downstairs. The hotel's overall environment was also great, especially the bathroom. The sink area and shower room were very spacious, with excellent wet/dry separation, which was really convenient. The price was also reasonable. It's definitely my top choice for concerts! I'll absolutely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town for a show!

Things I liked: The location is great, with a vibrant food street right in front of the building offering plenty of dining options at night. Things I didn’t like: The central air conditioning was set to heating mode for all rooms, and at 26°C, it felt too warm with no option to adjust it. Additionally, while the bed appeared clean, there was a strong cigarette smell embedded in the furniture. I’m quite sensitive to scents, and it was difficult for me to overlook.

Very average. The room facilities were old, and it was noisy at night because it was near the road. The sink was low, and the pillowcases were rotten and worn. I used my Ctrip membership to upgrade my room, but I didn't get an upgrade and was assigned a recessed room. Since it was a business trip and I was only staying one night, I didn't bother to change rooms. The front desk service was good, but the facilities were indeed outdated.
