Entrance of the hotel is not visible from the road. You have to get down at the SF post station (beside a basement carpark entrance) and walk in from there. I reached close to 2am midnight and the door to concierge was locked. Rang the hotel up and a staff came to attend to me within a minute👍. They upgraded my room for free as well.
