I had an okay time, the amenities where a bit off, the batteries didn’t work and it had a remote control toilet. It was very difficult to flush the toilet after use had to call room service to come fix it

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

Very clean & well amenities, locates near airport. Quiet area, you can get a good rest, we do like their airport service, especially for our early flight.

Wow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi. I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. Close to the airport and the hotel provides pickup and drop off service very convenience and the staff are very helpful. Room is modern and clean and full of latest technologies. Will surely come back to stay if transit in Wuhan.

Overall, the room is very good. The layout is comfortable and warm, the space is large, and the bathroom and shower room are also very good. In the evening, the hotel driver picked me up from the airport and brought me to the hotel. I had a bowl of hot porridge and salted duck eggs at the front desk. The food was small but very warm. Fruits and snacks were also delivered to the room. The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel's breakfast, which has many varieties and tastes good. In addition, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable and clean, and the hotel room is also well soundproofed. The only thing I want to say is that there are coffee stains or milk tea residues at the bottom of the teacup in the room. I remind the hotel to strengthen hygiene management in all details.

I was transiting in Wuhan, and since my flight was the next day, I stayed in this hotel first; The hotel includes free airport pick-up service at fixed times. When I looked up, I saw a large spider web hanging on the ceiling of the room. The sanitation was obviously poor. There was a strong stench from the sink and toilet. I don't know if it was because the toilet was not cleaned or the sewer smelled bad. In short, the experience was very bad.

Great hotel, very new facilities, management and service staff are very dedicated and polite. Breakfast has a wide variety, including Chinese and Western food and special snacks, which can cater to both the elderly and children. There is also free afternoon tea and midnight snacks. The baby is in the children's playground, and there is a gym opposite. It is really nice to watch the children while exercising.

This price is very good. It is very close to Tianhe Airport and looks newly renovated. The facilities are relatively new and clean. The beddings are comfortable and the attitude of the staff is also very good. If you need to travel, this is the first choice that must be recommended.

The executive king room is really nice. It has a sofa, coffee table and bathtub. It is like a suite. The viewing point is 10 stories high. You can see the subway from the floor-to-ceiling window. The Chufeng decoration of the hotel is consistent with the pictures on the Internet. The room is large and clean. It feels very comfortable to stay in. The quality of the bedding is really good. I haven't slept so comfortably in a long time. When I returned to the hotel after a busy business trip, the front desk also thoughtfully prepared a nourishing midnight snack. Recommended to stay!

It's very close to the subway. I made an appointment for airport pick-up at 5:00 in the morning. The hotel also helped me prepare breakfast. It was super considerate. The only subway sound is a bit noisy. It would be perfect if the soundproof windows were better. It is suitable for those who want to take the earliest flight or arrive late.
