the hotel was cozy, and clean. the service was good, and hotel was located in walking distance from the metro station. its super close to the city center, but still convenient for most locations

This was my third stay at Kamil and l think the hotel standards have dropped. The room was not clean all compared to the previous stays l had. There was rust and stains on the floor. Also the bathroom glass had some gross stains. Its a nice hotel but they should address these issues.

Nice and clean environment. Buffet breakfast is having various choice. Staffs are attentive and helpful.

The room was very tidy and the bed was relatively comfortable. The transportation is convenient, close to the subway station, and the surrounding dining facilities are complete. It is worth recommending

The room facilities are really bad, the windows can't be closed, there is always the sound of cars on the surrounding roads, and there is a school next to it that makes morning exercises so noisy that you can't sleep in at all. There is actually a disposable toothpaste in the hotel that has been used. I just bought my own toothpaste and toothbrush. Who knows if the others are new or old. The light in the bathroom will flash for a while, I really like it. Hotel hygiene really has no standards. I was actually allowed to see it before I left. I don’t know which guest left a mobile phone case, saying that it is a four-star hotel. Can you please fix it and improve your hygiene standards? ? The entire hotel also has adequate training for front desk staff.
