The room is very spacious and clean. The hotel environment is also very good, but it is a bit far from the subway station and not far from the Yellow Crane Tower. The breakfast is also good. It is worth recommending!

廁所淋浴間有一坨不知道哪一任房客留下的長髮，整個房間的設施都有一種很老舊的感覺，像0幾年的時候，地級市或者縣城裡最高級的酒店的樣子。其他評論説有機器人送外賣上來，但是我去的時候沒有，自己下去拿的，可能天冷了機器人要休息，停在前台邊上

非常滿意，公交、地鐵等交通都十分便利，去往黃鶴樓等景區都相當方便；房間乾淨整潔大氣，體現了豪華房的水準：尤其是衞生保潔服務相當令人滿意，即便是續住一晚也沒有絲毫馬虎，幫忙把房間裏的個人雜物收拾的整整齊齊，令人感受到了這座城市的温暖和善意

房間衞生一般般，但是酒店交通相當便利！性價比高，住宿人員很多！
當時我在攜程訂黃鶴樓周邊酒店，這家酒店評分四星，價格中檔，豪華標間332元/晚，在推薦榜前列。距離户部巷也很近。
入住後的服務我不滿意。我訂的豪華標間，前台卻給了我一個特價房，並且沒有告訴我。特價房195元/晚。我住進來發現不對，房間衞生明顯剛做完，抹布還掛在門把手上，浴缸裏還有污跡。我打電話問前台，為什麼豪華間變成了特價房？他們竟然敷衍我説酒店在裝修，所有房間都是一樣的。我堅持住我訂的房型，服務員帶我去了樓上，房間正在打掃。她們要我們在樓下房間等待，沒想到到了11點還沒有消息。我們早晨打車離開泰康楚園，本想去户部巷逛逛吃吃，沒吃早餐。這下快中午了，孩子肚子餓疼了。
不得已我衹好退掉了豪華間訂了特價房，並通知了攜程管家幫我退房。攜程管家知道我的情況很給力，讓我們先去吃午飯她來處理退**宜。我們打車到了户部巷，正在點餐，美女管家來電話，已經幫我退掉了豪華間，並幫我們爭取到了酒店第二天免費早餐！
當天下午我們遊覽了黃鶴樓，第二天上午遊覽了東湖綠道，按行程下午我們要坐高鐵趕去恩施。
這裏又發生兩件事：一是酒店隔音效果不好，隔壁説話到凌晨一點多，造成我無法入睡。二是我住宿當晚訂恩施高鐵票，我特地打電話問前台，她們酒店離武漢站近還是漢口站近。前台説離漢口站近。實際酒店離武漢火車站非常近，僅一公里左右。離漢口站十幾公里。我聽了前台的話買的高鐵票，完成退房後我中午一點打車去漢口站，趕下午2：10的高鐵🚄，因為堵車差點沒趕上，而且打車費花了四十多。這個服務態度令我始料未及！而且我們中午退房時我才發現房間冰箱竟然不製冷，我買的水煮花生和茶葉蛋放在裏面全部壞了！所以，我要給酒店服務差評！
