Friendly staff, nice location. I will stay again. Foreigners are accepted, so that is a plus. There is food delivery robot, cool!

Staying at Ease Hotel became my thing I truly don't feel comfortable in any other hotels, except this one. knowing that at the beginning I was new in the city and as we all know Wuhan isn't a small city. I was really worried about transportation, am I gonna find shops or malls around... But discovering the hotel's area made me feel really happy it is very convenient... What ever you need just walk few kilómetros and there you go. Also the stuff and the cleaning ladies are so nice and friendly. The only thing that bothers me I am a regular customer I visit Wuhan every weekend and every Time I'm checking in it takes really time especially after my trip I feel so tired all I want is a pillow and bed. Wish if the hotel register their customers especially foreigners like phone numbers, a copy of passport and all the documents they need so when we check in all they have to do is ask for the original passport double check and done. Cos sometimes it take them 30 minutes just to copy the page on my passport! And check my passport pages several times just to find out which page has my information! After all I'm happy staying at Ease Hotel and especial thanks to all the stuff.

I know that Covid disrupts traveling and that it can be unpredictable in a sense where rules and requirements may suddenly change. Nevertheless, this does not justify why the hotel wouldn’t inform incoming customers of these requirements. Coming in from an other city, I had been tested for Covid 48 hours prior to arriving in Wuhan. The health authorities had no issues letting me out of the train station. That first night in the city, I stayed elsewhere and when I showed up to the hotel the following day in the middle of the afternoon, I was told that all inbound clients from Changsha need a negative PCR test done within 48 hours. I had that upon arrival, but my PCR test was now 72 hours old. I was told I then needed to go to the nearest hospital for a nee test, I didn’t make it I to my hotel room till 10pm that night. 7 hours spent wandering the streets, waiting for test results for something I could have sorted out faster in my city of residence, had I know of course! Also, that same night I made it to the hotel, other foreigners checked in and they weren’t asked a single question about their whereabouts, health codes, PCR test, etc. They checked into their rooms within 5 minutes after arrival. Just my luck wasn’t it? Paving the way for others…
