Furama Shanshui Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Metro Line 4. The front desk upgraded my room, and I could see the Yellow Crane Tower from my window. All services were top-notch; the front desk staff were warm and attentive, even providing a map of Wuhan's tourist attractions. The concierge was enthusiastic and thorough, recommending local specialty restaurants which turned out to be delicious. She even checked in daily to see if I needed anything. The housekeeping staff were also very diligent and responsible. The soundproofing in the room was great too. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Wuhan.

Stayed one night at the Shanshui Fuli Hua Hotel in Wuhan, and it was absolutely a perfect experience! The hotel has its own parking lot, making parking convenient and secure. The lobby features a stunning panoramic view of the Han River, and there's a bookshelf filled with books, so you can easily grab one to pass the time. Complimentary fruits and tea are always available in the lobby, and the air conditioning temperature was just right. Milo at the front desk arranged a room with a distant view of Yellow Crane Tower and complimentary afternoon tea. The mini-bar in the room was also free. We received a welcome fruit platter upon check-in, and there's a free self-service laundry room on the first floor. Milo also recommended nearby attractions and was available to contact anytime with questions. He even offered to arrange a room in advance for our next visit. The room facilities were excellent, and the location is great, close to major attractions like Yellow Crane Tower, Dacheng Road, Liangdao Street, and Hubu Alley. I was very satisfied with my short one-night stay and would definitely come back given the chance!!!

Traveling to Wuhan for the Qingming Festival, this hotel's location was super convenient. It's within walking distance of the Xinhai Revolution Memorial Hall, and the Yellow Crane Tower, Hubu Alley, and Liangdao Street are all very close by. The entrance to Shoyi Road Metro Station Exit C is right outside the door. We booked an executive suite because we have a baby. The room was spacious with a floor-to-ceiling window and a large full-length mirror. Having two bathrooms was incredibly practical, and there was a bathtub with a disposable tub liner, perfect for bathing the baby. The hotel lobby offers free washing machines and dryers, and they'll even deliver your clean laundry back to your room. Miaomiao from guest services was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She specifically arranged a high-floor room for us, offering a clear view of the Yellow Crane Tower in the distance. She also thoughtfully recommended local restaurants like Feifei and Laicai; Feifei's braised prawns were absolutely amazing! There's a breakfast buffet on the second floor with local specialties like Wuhan hot dry noodles. We also received a complimentary afternoon tea. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel, opened in 2019, has really done well to stay in business until now! The overall staff service quality is quite high and very thoughtful. They offered a free room upgrade, and all the fruits, snacks, and drinks were complimentary. The complimentary afternoon tea could be enjoyed from 11 AM all the way until 10 PM, which was a pleasant surprise ☺️. The laundry room offers 24-hour service, and they even dry, fold, and return your clothes to your room for free. This kind of service definitely deserves a thumbs-up! 👍 Wishing the hotel continued success! 👌

I travel to Wuhan for business every month and stay for a few days. Ever since I added Elva on WeChat, everything has been perfectly arranged each time. She's also very responsive if anything comes up during my stay and follows up quickly on anything left behind after checkout. All my colleagues who travel with me highly recommend Elva. She's dedicated to her work and also very warm and kind in her interactions. The hotel's location is super convenient, very close to Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, just a 5-minute walk. You can take the subway directly from the high-speed rail station to the hotel, right at Exit C of Shouyi Road, which is incredibly convenient for out-of-town business trips. The rooms have separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and the drinks and nuts in the mini-fridge are complimentary. The environment is also quite comfortable; if you need to talk business, you can sit in the lobby bar for afternoon tea, which is private and quiet, and offers pastries, snacks, drinks, and more. The hotel now also has 24-hour free self-service laundry, which is making it even better. Highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located, clean, and has a beautiful environment with warm and welcoming service. I stayed here once before, and this time, I booked for three nights. The front desk upgraded my room, which was very quiet. The staff was always helpful, answering all my questions and resolving issues immediately.
