It is a very old hotel. the room has hair and lots of stains on it.
The gym opens to public and closes at 10 pm. The breakfast has less options compare with other 5 star hotels in China. The customer service is fine

It’s right outside the Guanggu station of Line 2 which goes straight to the airport. Also, there are many shops nearby and places to eat and drink.

Located opposite the Optics Valley shopping district within walking distance and near East Lake, it is within reach of many places of interest. Staff are professional and friendly, but lack attention to details. There are plenty of facilities like swimming pool and gym but only accessible to members who own a yearly membership. These facilities are outsourced to third-party contractor. It doesn't make sense for travelers who stay for a few days to buy a year membership just to utilize the facilities.

The room facilities and environment are very good, the service staff has a good sense of service, and there are many supporting facilities and food around the parking lot. I will book this hotel again next time. There are also ornamental birds in the store.

The room is large, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the bathroom is spacious, the cloakroom is even better, the service is very good, and fruits and snacks are given! The street view from the room is great!
