衞生一般，桌子地面都沒收拾乾淨，設施比較老舊，電熱水壺開蓋轉軸都折了，用座機給前台打電話是空號，我用我自己手機號給前台打電話，給我換個新的熱水壺，換壺還挺快的。早餐餐廳在6樓，電梯衹有5層，需要再轉樓梯上去。

基本還可以，就是房間比較冷，需要開空調，熱水很好，交通方便，停車也很方便，停車場很大，不過還是建議早去，可以選好的停車位置

前台服務熱情，一進門就幫助我們拿行李，因為當天不太舒服前台小姐姐還貼心的幫我把外賣送上樓，房間整體看上去比較大，衞生乾淨。附近就是地鐵2號線，到步行街步行過去很近，附近好吃好玩的也很多，再説一下早餐，特別是熱乾麪，比我在外面吃的還要棒，下次有機會來武漢，還會選擇這家漢庭。

我經常在光谷這塊出差，這個店給我印象挺深的，一般情況不喜歡點評覺得麻煩，但是這個店的服務可以，前台很有禮貌，而且很貼心，我住的雙床房，房間挺敞亮。雖然這個店沒有機器人送外賣，但是不方便的話前台會幫你送上來，臨走的時候我掉了個身份證在房間裏面，當時高鐵快晚點了，回去拿也來不及，前台主動跟我打電話提醒我，還幫我寄過來，出門在外少不了證件，真的為我省去了不少麻煩，給前台點贊[強]

出門一直選擇的是漢庭，第一是覺得性價比高，二覺得服務熱情，入住時都會有親切的問候聲，我們是從外地來旅遊的，那天跟男朋友商量好去光谷步行街逛下，剛好這個店挨的近，所以就選擇了他家，我們提了兩個行李箱東西比較多，進門的時候前台小姐姐還主動幫我們拉門提行李，瞬間感覺輕鬆了很多，雖然是經濟型酒店，但是服務確實到位，細節很打動人。我預訂的是大床房，小姐姐説這個房間窗户比較小，當時還免費給我們升級了下房間，我記得漢庭主打的是乾淨衞生，這方面做的也挺好的，窗户也很大，採光性不錯。我跟男朋友住的都挺滿意的，非常喜歡這個酒店，nice～

前台的服務人員很和善，待人熱情。中午本來12點退房的，但是我中午有點事要忙到下午2點，想先吃完午飯再拿行李的，前台很貼心的直接幫我延時了兩個小時。房間收拾的又乾淨又整潔，看着就舒心，旁邊還有個中百超市，購物超方便的，離光谷也很近，走過去衹要10分鐘就到了，如果出差強烈推薦這家店。

性價比很高的酒店，離光谷步行街以及世界城廣場很近，臨街也好找，是出差旅行的不二之選。酒店前台可以自動辦理入住，非常方便，房間打掃得很乾凈，大床房的面積比其他快捷酒店的面積大，工作人員都非常得熱情。

酒店前台小姐姐服務不錯，還有自助洗衣機，很適合商務出行，距離光谷步行街也很近，旁邊有共享單車，公交車都很方便。酒店旁邊有一個大的市場，早餐可以吃到正宗的熱乾麪，素麪。
