A good value for money hotel with adequate central air-conditioning and cooling. The whole is also very quiet. There was a small accident this time. I left the items in the hotel. I confirmed the item retrieval within 10 minutes after the telephone communication, and then arranged the mailing in about half an hour. The service was efficient and not procrastinated. Thank the hotel staff for their service.

在**上面看到光谷這家5.0分的酒店 圖片和酒店視頻都拍的很不錯，第一次到這邊來，想着就試試這家酒店。一進大堂，寬敞明亮，還有好聞的香薰，前台的小哥哥小姐姐們也很年輕，服務態度也很好 我是在**上面訂的，還自帶一份早餐，早餐也很豐盛 我那明天有事兒，所以想讓前台幫忙延遲退房，前台也是很爽快的答應了 房間寬敞明亮，設施設備都很新，下次來光谷還會選擇這家酒店

酒店服務非常貼心，根據客人的實際情況主動建議調整了房間。最最重要的是，離店時落下了裝有九千多現金的袋子，被保潔阿姨發現後交給前台聯繫我取回，分文不少。非常感謝酒店工作人員，以後來武漢還會繼續入住該店！！！
