The butler service was excellent and very responsible. They promptly resolved any issues and even gave us free tickets 🎫, so a big thumbs up to the butler service! Environment: Very good. Facilities: Pretty decent, but some areas of the water park were rough on the feet and could use some improvement.

Another satisfying and fun stay! Even though it was rumored that Saturday was a record-breaking revenue day for the hotel, the service didn't slack off at all. Compared to last year, the route to the water park has changed, but it's more logical now. The breakfast area was indeed crowded, but there were no long queues, and there was a wide variety of food. My friend and their child were both very happy. Special thanks to our butler Mengqi for the thoughtful service.

The room layout was well-designed, offering spacious and open areas that felt airy and not at all cramped. The resort butler, Zhenzhen, provided excellent and thoughtful service, sending various helpful reminders. The bedding was soft and breathable, ensuring a very peaceful and comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation and was spotlessly clean. The hotel was very well-ventilated, and the room had no strange odors, making for a refreshing and reassuring stay. Overall, the living experience was superb, complemented by a fun amusement park. The dining, accommodation, and entertainment were all top-notch, making it definitely worth revisiting. I even think the Chinese restaurant here is a bit tastier than those I've tried in Hangzhou and Moganshan, LOL. Plus, I found the staff at the breakfast buffet to be quite flexible and adaptable, which was great.

A great place for a weekend getaway with kids! We booked a themed room and even did a travel photoshoot. The service was excellent, and both the kids and grandparents were thrilled with the photoshoot – the pictures turned out fantastic! We'll definitely be back. Thumbs up!

It's an ideal choice for a summer water trip, both indoor and outdoor areas were loved by the kids, especially the lazy river. They had a fantastic time. The travel photographer was very professional and great at directing the children for poses.
