Chonpines Hotel (Wuhan Hankou Railway Station Subway Station Branch)

The room is very good and clean. I brought my parents here, and they upgraded to a parent-child room for free. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and enthusiastic. It was very good. I will consider booking this hotel next time I come back.

I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, but this time I was really disappointed... It's a newly renovated hotel with ok facilities, but the service and management are really bad. When I arrived at the hotel front desk to check in, I was assigned to a room next to the elevator and the front desk. I asked if I could change to a quieter room. The front desk said this was the last room. As a result, after entering, I saw obvious stains and hair on the bedding (Picture 1/2). I went back to the front desk to ask if the bedding could be changed. The front desk directly said that there were other rooms and changed my room. After moving to the new room, I checked the bedding and it was still not very clean. There was a strange little sticker inside the quilt (Figure 3). I was too lazy to change and just made do with it for the night without taking off my clothes. I still wanted to ask for a good review when I left the store the next day. I won't come back for this level of service and hygiene management.
