A very cost-effective hotel. Not long after I placed the order, the hotel called me to ask about the room requirements. They also upgraded the room for free. Miss Wu at the front desk was very friendly and professional. No matter what problems I encountered, she would immediately help me. Provide attentive assistance. When I checked in in the early hours of the night, Xiao Wu even gave me a cup of hot coffee. It was warm and considerate~ Seeing that there were two of us when we checked in, he even gave me an extra cup of coffee, which was so warm. The room was clean and tidy, and the stay was very comfortable. I will continue to book this hotel next time I come to Wuhan.

We stay for 2 days at the hotel. And our overall experience was good . The hotel has been around for sometime in the heart of wuhan business district well located . It has a gym swimming pool ( which was under renovation) a small playground in there restaurant and a chinese and western restaurant. We expressed our disappointment that the pool was closed but the staff came to apologize in person treated us with complementary fruits and a free upgrade + late check out. We were pleased about the adequate apologies and all staff during our stay was friendly. We look forward to come back

It was a rather speechless experience. I booked a studio suite and called to ask if it could be on a higher floor. However, my family went to check in first and was still given the 5th floor... The executive lounge was not open during the New Year, so I just fooled around in the lobby bar... It’s my first time staying at VOCO. I don’t know what kind of service style to choose. The room is not spacious. At most, it is convenient to go to Wansongyuan to eat. At the same price, why not stay at the nearby Shangri-La?
